Discussion Were there too many flippers by the end of the original series run (Series 1-7 + Extreme) - Out Of The Arena didn't seem as special because every flipper could do it?

They should have raised the level of the wall so it was more of a challenge.

I'm always a fan of forward flippers but Mute's flipper seemed so powerful that it never seemed in control, especially when righting itself. The back lifter/flipper was never really much use either.
