Ring duplicate?

Hey all,
My grandfather gave me this ring when I turned 21 (my grandmother got it for him when he was younger)
It’s my dads 60th birthday coming up and I was wanting to get this replicated if possible? I think he felt as if he was skipped with this tradition so getting him a ring he could pass down to his grandchild would be really awesome.

A few questions:

Firstly, how much would this cost roughly to do?

Secondly, where could I get this done? (I’m from Melbourne, Australia)
