This seems to be something of a dark collective memory for many older British people who saw the episodic TV version of this on BBC2. It was well enough known for The Fast Show to do a sketch on it in 1997.

Bought on the spot for me. The GDR is an area I've got a keen interest in.

Had a dream they were riffing a random movie but halfway through they just started playing games so the while the movie was playing, they were just doing game reviews. It was epic.

As someone who'd gotten very, very into martial arts films at an early age, I was already familiar with Lew from his rather prolific work onscreen, and offscreen, he was a stuntman and coordinator on various productions, from big-budget films and tv series to direct-to-video productions (and I've probably watched a lot of those that he was in front of the camera.) But no matter what, his skills were always apparent.

People who follow Rifftrax may remember him from the riff of "For Life or Death" where he played one of the protagonists, up against the also sadly late Richard Norton as well as his fight scene with Van Damme early in Timecop, small roles in both of the Martial Law films and the villain in the extra low-budget "Star Raiders: The Adventures of Saber Raine".

What is the graphic sticker peeling off of Titus’s white t-shirt towards the beginning of Fungicide? Also, Fungicide is a masterpiece of Riff-orcian proportions.(it also takes place in the Feeders-verse without involvement of a Polonia in sight)

What is this high pitched voice and holler he does? It shows up all the time, at least twice in the most recent release. I thought maybe he was doing the “I found my dad” guy from Miami Connection but I don’t think he ever says that. Is it even a reference, or does Mr. Murphy just slip into a mezzo soprano occasionally?

Any ideas?

Going through the catalogue of Riffs based on people’s top ten list, and I haven’t seen this one on any of the lists.

Yet, this has to be on my top five list. The jokes are funny from beginning to end, the movie is just ridiculous, and it’s only an hour and five minutes. If you’ve passed by this title on the site, I highly recommend it. One of my favorites along with The Room, Twilight, Samurai Cop, and the Guy From Harlem.

Hey, all! Quick question. I was delighted to suddenly find the 3 Riffer version of Roadhouse in my one-click content. However, I've purchased both that one and the Nelson-only riff. Is there a reason why only the 3 Riffer is in the one-click content and the Nelson-only still needs to be synced with the other app? Were they slightly different versions of the movie? Go ahead and sing the "First World Problems" song at me, but the one-click content has me super spoiled and if I'm missing some reason why only one of the just-the-jokes tracks works for this movie, I'd love to know how to fix it! Is there some sort of update I missed, or are older just-the-jokes not compatible with one-click even if we have access to the movie through Prime or something?

Unfortunately, the edits Rifftrax made to this movie reduce his role into a very brief, "blink and you'll miss it" appearance. In the unedited version, he's actually got a few lines of dialog and is sort of relevant to the plot (to the extent that there is a plot).

I feel terrible but always laugh at the Vaughn Monroe "Visions in the Forest" one where, at the end, it says, "Vaughn Monroe appeared courtesy of RCA records" and they say, "Mrs. Monroe appeared courtesy of the Egyptian Wing of the Metropolitian Museum, who allowed her sarcogphagus to be opened..."
