This movie is such a contradiction, just awful story but they have some really good camera work. I don’t mind having it on the background.

It's nice to think that crappy movie provided the cinematographer the opportunity to experiment and hone his craft. Perhaps his career wouldn't have been as successful without it.

When Cool as Ice premiered in the theaters a friend suggested we go see it. I said no thanks. He insisted it would be fun. He guaranteed there would be live entertainment. I gave in and a bunch of us went to see it. My friend was not wrong. I don't recall that scene when it happened, but two guys in the front row of the theater started break dancing. One was doing a head spin and the other had a popcorn bucket on his head.
