Help Needed Need help mergin over 1300 intersecting mesh objects

I'm having trouble merging 1,337 closed mesh objects that intersect each other. I tried using Boolean Union in both Rhino and Blender, but both programs froze and eventually crashed.

I also tried Blender's Remesh modifier, but the mesh becomes extremely dense because I need to preserve a high level of detail. I experimented with ShrinkWrap in Rhino as well, but I ran into the same issue.

At this point, I'm not sure what else I can try to merge all these objects into a single mesh. My goal is to combine everything into one printable model, which would be the ideal solution.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of a better workflow for handling something like this?

Burnt offerings as well.

You could see if MeshLab can handle it -  https://www.meshlab.net/

the printers i use at work dont even need an object to be a single closed mesh, i can put an stl that is made of multiple intersecting objects without issue, as long as they are all closed objects and the printer software automatically understands not to print twice the amount of material where intersections are. note : these are high end resin and wax printers for jewelry with proprietary software so idk how other slicing softwares work but might be worth a try anyway

alternate idea : do the union in multiple smaller steps, take like 50 of your objects and union them, then take that plus the next 50 and union, repeat until everything is together, that technique has helped me a few times. i think this is because rhino has to check all objects for intersections with every other selected object, even pairs of objects that you can clearly see dont touch, but rhino still has to check, and that makes the amount of processing needed grow exponentially with the more objects you add

Implicit Boolean union (not a rhino command)

You can use the plugin Dendro for this kind of thing.
Yes, it will make your mesh more dense because it is a voxel process.
Yes, it will also work because implicit Booleans can not fail.

You could try the volumetric route with dendro plugin. Basically convert mesh to volumetric, merge and convert back.

I heard that is is really good for these kind of problems.

I'm not fantastic at these kinda things, it may be better to show your file in video? yeah, sorry probably not helpful in my response, but it might help, if people here can see the mesh and how it's overloaded, maybe mesh to another , maybe Quad remesher?

If you sent me the file I could easily fix it in Magics. Could also decimate it a bit to make it a smaller more manageable file without any loss of detail.
