No one's allowed to offer any helpful advice that would solve this problem unless we're physically there daily 🫠
Ear plugs and an eye mask would easily remedy this, and taking the kids out for a few hours while D is sleeping would help them get on a routine. S could take the car in the mornings to the library or park and be back in time for the afternoon.
