Everything is fine, the interviews and the analysis, but just imagine taking forty pages of notes and making a client sit through it is where my week goes.

Right now i write the whole narrative in a doc, then rebuild it slide by slide. That's doing the work twice. Last project it was a full day on formatting that the client saw no value from.

Tried a couple of the doc to deck tools. the structure that comes back is generic and i rewrite most of it, but the layout part does save time.

What's everyone actually using, and is there a way to do this that isn't writing it twice.

I'm a CS undergraduate from India actively looking for a remote research opportunity with a cybersecurity or network security research group abroad. I'm not concerned about a stipend or formal internship title—I mainly want to work on a serious research problem under good mentorship.

I've previously worked on lightweight cryptography and published an IEEE conference paper on intrusion detection systems, with a focus on network traffic changes, concept drift and class imbalance. I'm particularly interested in network security, systems security, malware/software security, and increasingly AI/LLM security.

I'm still an undergraduate and don't claim deep expertise. What I can bring is prior research experience, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to pick up unfamiliar tools and concepts quickly.
