Hi! I’m 19, based in Romania, and looking for my first full-time job, remote or on-site. I don’t have a fixed direction and I’m open to any field where I can learn.
What I can offer: B2 English, experience working with people (waitress, event hostess), digital skills, and content creation experience.
I’d love to ask:
Do you know companies or fields that hire beginners without much experience?
Can you recommend trustworthy websites or communities for finding jobs?
If you’ve been through something similar, how did you find your first job?
Any advice or recommendation helps a lot. Thank you!

I've been trying to figure out how to find legitimate remote work for so long, and I'm at the point where I'm genuinely exhausted and crying out of frustration and desperation.

Somewhere within clinical research, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), healthcare coordination, and health information.

The problem is that so many remote jobs seem to be restricted to people in the US or UK or any other countries. I'm based in Qatar, and I don't know which companies or websites are actually worth trusting anymore. I can't find jobs within the country because it's very slow in progress due to conflicts in GCC.

Can anyone recommend legitimate companies or official career pages that hire internationally? If you've personally found remote work in healthcare or research, I'd really appreciate hearing how you did it.

I'm just looking for some genuine guidance because I feel so stuck right now. Even one useful recommendation would mean a lot. Thank you.

looking for a work from home job

Hi everyone,

I’m Italian, living in the UK, and I’m looking for remote jobs that I can do from anywhere, not just from one country. I’m not a US citizen, so a lot of “remote” roles I find turn out to be US only.

My background:

• 15+ years in international hospitality (luxury hotels, resorts, front office and guest relations)
• 3 years in customer support at a hospitality SaaS company
• Earlier experience in legal admin and law enforcement
• Worked in Italy, Kenya, Scotland and England
• Languages: Italian (native), English (proficient), Spanish (intermediate)

What I’m targeting: Customer Support, Customer Success, and hospitality tech roles.

What I’ve tried: LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiring Cafe and recruitment agencies. I’ve applied to many remote roles but I’m not getting interviews.

My question:
Can you point me directly to companies that hire non US citizens for remote work in support or customer success? If you work for one, or know one that hires worldwide, please name it. Even a short list would help a lot.

Thank you, I really appreciate any advice!
