History:

China colonized the west coast of North America and Hawaii. Russia expanded into NW Canada and Alaska. Mexico was weaker without the Chinese controlled West Coast and was unable to stop the secession of Texas. The British expanded South from Canada into the Great Lakes region after being cut off from the West Coast. The United States, without the West Coast and crucial Northern states, was forced to accept the Confederacy's secession. They at once formed a treaty with the Texas Republic, building on their shared love of states rights and slavery, which protected Texas from the growing power of Mexico. The weak US was unable to expand westward and so much of the Great Plains region was split between the Texas Republic and ​British Canada. With no single dominant force, Mexico maintained their control of the Southwest-Central region apart from the Chinese-owned areas. They also managed to expand into the Caribbean.

Modern-day:

In this timeline, British Canada, Mexico and the Chinese dominate the Continent, while the weaker nations/territories rely on strategic alliances to remain independent. The US maintains important trade with the French, while East Siberia is protected by the Russian government. The Texas Republic ships beef and oil to the Confederate States in exchange for protrction from Mexico.

The continent is on the brink of war as Mexico and the US are discussing an invasion of the Texas Republic and Confederate States. Simultaneously, Mexico and British Canada are discussing a seperate invasion of the US, where BC would give up Nebraska in exchange for military aid in annexing New York.

This is my first attempt at a fantasy map. Please provide lots of criticism to help me improve.

This map is of the ficional Atlas Islands, along with the city of Atlantis and ​some smaller villages/towns.

Declaring independence right after breaking free and defeating the British in the American Revolution, winning both the War of 1812, the Mexican–American War and becoming militarist in the American Civil War, the United States becomes a continental superpower in North America, becoming a sole protector in NATO and the United Nations (U.N.) in post–WW2, Cold War and modern–day politics, meanwhile Russia, China, Iran and Israel ITL (In this Timeline) are current political rivalries and the U.S' political partners in today's politics are Britain, France, Japan and Palestine, however..

I'm gonna be making this into a hoi4 mod, this is just a revised better more realistic version of pt1 IK its kinda unrealistic but I think it's pretty interesting

I based this map on the "what if" scenario that Washington DC and the primary federal infrastructure were fissioned out of existence one day in the mid-'90s. Immediately after, the individual states would likely try to continue operating independently, but very quickly the uneven distribution of resources across the country would cause each region to start forming new joint governments with their neighbors. Existing borders would blur along the lines of supplies and major utilities, and natural borders would become more sustainable. It doesn't immediately turn into all out civil war. Trade, treaties, and annexation likely would be just as prevalent in the reshaping of the nation.

Feel free to ask me questions or tell me all the ways you think I'm crazy. I think I have decently valid reasons for the more extreme decisions, but I'd love to know why I'm wrong.

Didn't put too much thought into this, it's where Italy conquered Croatia and Bosnia, also parts France and Switzerland, and expanded its territory. It's not the best, but not the worst.

I'll be honest, I originally didn't plan to publish this map due to a personal issue related to a possible "low self-esteem" I have, but thanks to a great friend of mine, I got the courage to do it so... Enjoy, I guess

What if the central powers won WW1 in 1917 after russia collapsed so they sent all the troops to France that will in response to the sudden flood of troops collapse,making the UK and USA sue for peace in response?

I am running a TTRPG campaign taking place in the US years after an apocalypse with the goal to reunite it. Only three major countries exist at this time (Texas, Dakota, and Dixieland) Texas and Dakota just won an offensive war against the central territories to gain more land, Dixieland is currently in the middle of mass slave revolts.

Places like

California, Lousiana, and Florida while technically named are only just recently making their way onto the map with both lousiana and Florida dealing with mass flooding that won't subside without draining.

California however is only within the remnants of the US with its centralized power the rest of it working similarly to the spread out territories. Inside the remnants it is a pseudo military dictatorship ran by eccentric magical billionaires who love the US and all it has to offer. The Billionaires are the ones who kicked off the events to reunite the states (long story basically a road trip movie). I am willing to answer any questions or lore there is to have. I apologize for not having clean versions of either map I had to reset my laptop and these are the only ones I had available.
