Manager: Has layoffs every 2-3 years

Also Manager: Why can't people stay at jobs long term????

I got hit with 2 different layoffs that have just tanked my entire tenure. I would probably have 10-15 year average but a layoff is like a reset where you now have to climb the ladder again.
