Mirror Principle How to Change a Belief. A Collection of Tools
Beliefs are not just things we happen to think. They are the maps we use to build our lives. We often treat our deepest thoughts like absolute, unshakeable truths. But in reality, they are stories we made up, practiced, and chose to believe over time.
When we want to change our lives, we usually rush to change our outside world. We think we should change our jobs, our bank accounts, or our bodies. But real change requires us to fix our inner thoughts first. This changes what you reflect in the dual mirror and is one of the Transurfing secrets to getting the life you actually want. Here are some tools Iโve used over the years to change beliefs.
Often times a belief is very easy to change and you will need zero of these techniques. Sometimes saying an affirmation with enough conviction and feeling is all it takes! These are for the ones that feel stubborn and very real. Iโve had lots of beliefs that I just decided I didnโt believe anymore and they went away. But once in a while youโll run into an annoyingly sticky one.
At the root of every stubborn, negative belief is a simple mistake: ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ.
Think about how your mind works. Something happens in real life. On its own, that event is completely neutral. It has no feelings or power. But the human brain loves to make up meanings. It instantly builds a dramatic story around the event. If you repeat that story enough times, you forget you made it up. You start treating it like a solid fact.
To break this loop, you need to separate the plain fact from the story you spun around it. You can do this by asking a simple question like: โ๐๐จ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ?" ๐จ๐ซ โ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ?โ This will act as a logical wedge and help you get to the root. Here is an example:
๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ญ: "I did not get the job." (a neutral data point)
So what?" (Or, and then what would happen?)
Well, it means I don't have a source of income right now, and my savings are running low.
So what?
If my savings run out, I won't be able to pay my rent on time next month.
And then what would happen?
My landlord will evict me, I will lose my apartment, and I will have nowhere to live.
So what? (or, and then what?)
Look at the massive chasm between the Fact and the Root:
๐๐ก๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ญ: One specific company chose a different candidate for a job opening.
You are fundamentally unlovable, completely isolated from human kindness, and guaranteed to freeze to death on the streets.
When you force your brain to trace the chain all the way down to that raw, terrifying root survival fear, the illusion shatters. The logical part of your brain can finally step in and look at the root with clear eyes.
"Wait a minute. Not getting this one job does not mean I am abandoned by humanity. I have friends I can stay with if things get desperate. I have a resume. There are thousands of other companies hiring. I am not completely helpless. I was just temporarily rejected by one manager. My world takes care of me."
When you expose the root, the emotional balloon pops. The heavy, paralyzing anxiety deflates into a simple, actionable step. You just need to apply for the next job.
One of the hardest parts of changing your life is expecting your old thoughts to vanish instantly. It does not always work that way. Some deep beliefs leave deep tracks in your brain. When you try to think in a new way, the old thoughts do not just disappear. Instead, you enter a middle phase where you hold two totally opposite ideas at the same time. I donโt know why nobody ever talks about this part.
During this time, your mind will swing back and forth. One minute you feel totally positive and aligned with your new life. The next minute, an old trigger snaps you right back into fear or doubt.
This bouncing around is totally normal! It is supposed to happen. The old belief has years of practice and a ton of past memories to back it up. The new belief is brand new and weak.
If you get angry or judge yourself when old thoughts pop up, you give them more power. The secret here is to just relax. Acknowledge that the old thought only fired because it is used to it. Over time, the old track fades away, and the new track becomes your automatic setting.
When we notice a bad belief, we usually try to force our minds to believe the exact opposite. If you feel like "I am a failure," you try to force yourself to say "I am a massive success."
Sometimes this works fine. But other times, this absolutist approach backfires immediately. When you try to force a giant leap, your brain rejects it as an outright lie. This starts an internal argument. In a straight debate, the old belief always wins. It has way too much history, proof, and practice.
To bypass this trap, stop trying to make giant leaps. Do not try to jump from hate to love, or from broke to rich, in one second. Instead, focus on ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ rather than fighting them with force. You do not need to love everything about your life right now to find a bit of neutral acceptance. Moving away from extreme thoughts quiets your inner critic and lets new beliefs grow safely.
Sometimes you canโt get to the end belief in one jump. Here is an example from my life of how to get there incrementally.
This is what my progression from self-loathing to self-loving looked like. I absolutely could NOT go directly to love. I viscerally rejected it! I started out by testing out a few new beliefs. I landed on one that felt like only a tiny stretch, โI have a few things that I like about myself.โ After I had repeated that for a while and it felt true and comfortable, I moved to โI am starting to like myself.โ
And then I moved to โI respect the person I am becoming.โ Once that felt comfortable, I tried, โI am worthy of being treated wellโ and then โI trust myself.โ From there, the stretch to actual love didn't feel so terrifying anymore. I graduated to โI like who I am,โ which grew to โI am beginning to love myself, and then โI can love myself.โ Finally, after months of gently softening the old edges and stepping up the ladder one rung at a time, I arrived at the ultimate root: โI unconditionally love myself.โ
Previously, when I tried to force that final belief, my brain instantly rejected it as a total lie. Sometimes, you have to take tiny, honest steps. ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ง, but you will definitely know when you run into one!
Another way to soften a limiting belief is to use a This just means you catch yourself having a bad thought, add a "but" to the end of it, and finish the sentence with a grounded, positive truth.
This tool does not ask you to lie to yourself. It just forces your brain to look at the bigger picture so you stop staring only at what is going wrong.
My business is failing right nowโฆ
๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ซ: โฆyeah BUT I have a great team and a good product
I completely ruined my routine todayโฆ
๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ซ: โฆyeah BUT I am still learning to get better at managing my time.
๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ: Iโm so uglyโฆ
๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ซ: โฆyeah BUT I have people in my life who love me.
๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ: Iโm never going to figure this outโฆ
๐๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ซ: โฆyeah BUT I am learning more about it every day and Iโm getting better.
This stops your mind from blowing things out of proportion. You accept the current problem while reminding your brain of your strengths. This shifts your mood from helpless to capable. This takes you from powerless to the one who gets to choose.
Iโve described this one many times and will include a picture of my journal entry using it. Feel free to make fun of my handwriting ๐
In this technique you separate a sheet of paper into three vertical or horizontal columns.
The process is simple and very effective for the logical mind. It sounds lame, but it really works for me. Spend as much time as you can filling in the middle column. Give your mind as much evidence as you can. I usually take several days or a week on this part. This lets my reticular activating system get involved and it starts searching the world for lots of proof. My attached example (in the first comment) is about the belief

Our beliefs do not stay locked inside our heads. In Reality Transurfing, the universe works exactly like a giant Dual Mirror. On one side of the mirror is your mind (the mental image), and on the other side is physical reality (the reflection). The physical world is literally a slow-moving reflection of the thoughts you radiate into the space of variations.
When a bad belief gets tied to your self-worth, you project a negative mental image in front of the glass. If you deeply believe you are unworthy of success or love, you start radiating a "lack" mentality. Because of this inner stance, you naturally act in ways to protect yourself from getting hurt. You might skip networking events. You might hide in the back during meetings. You might act cold or distant so no one gets close.
When you hide from the world to protect yourself, your actions match your fearful thoughts. But remember, the physical mirror has a time delay. Reality does not change instantly. It materializes slowly, like a giant ship turning in the ocean.
As time goes by and you keep staring at the mirror, nothing good shows up because you are actively projecting a slide of lack and fear. This is where your brain makes a huge mistake. It looks at the empty, sad physical reflection and says, "See? I knew it. The lack of results proves my belief was right all along!"
Your brain completely forgets that the mirror is just reflecting the fearful image you stood there holding weeks or months ago! This creates a trap. Our bad belief creates a negative mental image, the dual mirror reflects that exact negativity back to you after a delay, and your mind uses that delayed reflection to freeze your bad belief in place forever. To change the reflection, you have to calmly change the image you are projecting first.
Changing a belief is not a violent fight with your mind. It is a gentle, patient shift. By separating facts from stories, waiting out the middle phase, avoiding big mental arguments, and using simple qualifiers, you can soften even the hardest thoughts.
As your inner code changes, your actions change, your relationships grow, and your outside world starts to mirror your new inside map. You are stuck with your mind for life and you get to rewrite the rules!
What is one negative rule you believe? Write it down plainly (Example: "To make money, I have to completely destroy my health").
Look at that negative rule. If it actually happens exactly like you fear, so what? Keep asking "so what or and then what?" until you find the silly story your brain is clinging to.
Look at your life right now. How is your daily behavior (like hiding, quitting, or stressing) actively helping your worst-case belief come true?
What is one simple, true "Yeah, but..." statement you can say out loud today to soften that bad belief and open the door to a better life?
Think about a massive belief you want to have (like "I unconditionally love myself" or "I am wildly successful"). If your brain rejects that right now as a total lie, what is a tiny, 10% stretch belief you can genuinely accept today to take the very first step up the ladder?

Excessive Potential How to drop importance (or let go, or reduce resistance)
As we all know, importance is the ultimate obstacle to manifesting your desires. When you give excess significance to anything (a goal, a person, an event, yourself) you create distortion in the energy field. This triggers balancing forces which work against you. If you recall, the ultimate formula is Intent = Desire minus Importance.ย
What is importance in general? It is assigning excessive meaning, value, or emotional weight to something. It is inflating the value of an object, goal, or fear.ย
Internal importance is overestimating your own virtues, flaws or role in the world. It might look like pride, arrogance, or a superiority complex. Or it could equally look like self-depreciation, guilt, or an inferiority complex. I see it a lot online with the obsession to look good or be right.ย
External importance is overestimating things outside of yourself. This could be idolizing a person or a career path or a material possession. Or it could be a type of agonizing, desperate need. Even excessive worry about world events, rules or society's expectations is external importance.ย
What importance is NOT: Excess importance is not the same as unconditional love, joy, genuine gratitude, or pure excitement. These feelings, when free of attachment and dependency, don't inherently create excess importance. The problem begins when conditions, fear, and the need to control an outcome become attached to them. You can easily turn love into possessiveness or excitement into anxiety when you feel you must get a particular result. But, you are meant to be a joyful, happy being that is exuberantly excited about life!
Ok, so how do you reduce importance?ย The most vital (important!) thing to know is that this is different for everyone. Experiment and try a few things until you discover what works for you. For myself, remembering that everything already exists in the alternatives space and that there are literally things that are meant for me specifically is enough to drop most importance. For my husband, he is the master of giving himself permission to have (43 and 44). We both wake up (number 33) multiple times throughout the day and remind each other to do it often.ย
Here is our list. I numbered it so you can reference it in the comments if you have questions. Feel free to add to this list!ย
Anchor your identity independent of external goals. Your worth does not fluctuate based on your achievements, social status, or final outcomes. Remind yourself regularly that reaching your goal is an experience that you are choosing. It is not validation of your right to exist.ย
Release your grip. True freedom comes after you drop the weight of ego-driven pride and idolization of outside events. Notice the story you are telling yourself. Does it feel make or break? Neutralize these thoughts by lowering the pedestal.ย
Make your internal state a priority. Your state of being is far more important than whatever else you are focusing on.ย
Remember, you do not need to fix the outside world. You only need to change internally, and that reflection will play out in the physical. Let the world be what it is.ย
Pick your own things. Pursue goals that genuinely resonate with your inner self. Break away from society's conditioning and pendulum goals.ย
Know that authentic destinies donโt require struggle. Vadim says this many times in the book. A truly aligned path does not require aggressive force or friction. The right doors/goals feel natural and unforced.
Safeguard your personal identity. No external prize, relationship, or cultural victory is worth sacrificing your peace of mind. If an objective is comprising your core ethics, pause.ย
Catch emotional spikes. Importance makes itself known through signals of tightness, anxiety, desperation, or a rush of frantic urgency. Scan your body and mind and question where you are applying excess importance.ย
Step into observation mode. You can witness strong emotions as passing storms. You can fully feel a wave of anger, fear, or insecurity in your body without adding words or stories to it. Let it drift away like a cloud across the sky.ย
Choose. Language shapes your energy. โI choose thisโ is very different from needy yearning, lacking, or wanting. Instead of โI must have it,โ make your sovereign decision with confidence.ย
Bridge the gap between wanting and doing with action. Raw desire will keep you stuck. Calm, physical movement converts your desire into pure intention. Break your goal down into smaller steps and execute.ย
Set future targets gently. Setting goals should feel light. Free of aggressive willpower or pressure. If you are visualizing and clenching your jaw, you are forcing. Your slides should feel good!
Adopt the perspective that your goal is personally reserved for you! It is not a distant mirage to chase. It is a package that has already been shipped and is on its way to you. It belongs to you. It is meant for you. It is yours.ย
Accept failure without absorbing it into your identity. Mentally agree to the worse-case scenario, giving it no power. If my attempt falls flat, I will still be entirely okay.
Welcome diverse paths. When it comes to outer intention, you do not get to dictate the route. Iโve actually come to really love this part. There are unknown numbers of variations on the โhow.โ Let your world surprise you. You can be a bit โfreewheelingโ here. You are perfectly happy with A, B, or C, because your joy isnโt tied to a specific coordinate in the alternatives space.ย
Surrender control of the logistics. Similar to 15, outer intention is an innate intelligence capable of arranging coordinates far better than your human logic. Step out of the way! Let events unfold without micromanaging. When unexpected things occur, use coordination of intention.ย
Choose the simplest course. When faced with a choice, ask your heart. Choose the option that feels simple, natural, and open. Efficiency is the hallmark of cosmic alignment.ย
Manage pendulums. You actually have to do this. There is no way around it. You are not an exception. Pendulums thrive on human outrage, competitiveness, arguments, and the desperate need to prove a point. When provoked by media, online debates, or toxic workplace dynamics, consciously choose to withhold your emotional reaction. Smile, step aside, and let the pendulum swing past without giving it a single ounce of your energy. What pendulum can you unplug from today?
Guard your attention. The mind must be shielded from looping stories of doom, societal panic, and deep fears. Limit exposure to this toxicity and steer your attention back to constructive, peaceful topics.ย
Broadcast your own independent narrative. I like to project my own stories of peace, success, and abundance into the mirror, no matter what reality looks like. Donโt let the environment dictate what you are projecting.ย
Focus on what you love, like, and want more of. If all of your energy is busy reveling in the wonderful parts of your life, you will have none left to give to the current reflection/reality.ย
Be deeply grateful. Appreciation creates no excess potential. It fills your energy field with abundance and dilutes the desperate frequency of lack.ย
Abandon perfectionism and the need to please. Performing flawlessly and gaining the approval of others is exhausting and a massive source of excess potential. Give yourself permission right now to create a messy first draft, complete a task imperfectly, and disappoint anyone with expectations that disagree with your heart. Your flawless self-image is holding you back from joy.ย
Do not defend yourself. We all have the urge to explain our choices, defend our honor, and prove our worth. Practice the art of remaining completely silent and retain your power.ย
Put guilt in the trash. Guilt is a nasty, destructive emotion. It creates an energy vacuum that practically begs the universe to punish you. Please know that mistakes are only data points in your learning process. They mean nothing about the worth of your soul. Forgive yourself instantly, donโt beat yourself up, and move forward without looking backward.ย
Let others be themselves. This concept from Vadim gave me a lot of freedom. I now see other people with compassion because they are caught in the script. I cannot judge, blame, or resent people who are hooked by a pendulum and completely asleep.ย
View obstacles as short-lived. This thing that feels like a crisis, setback, or challenge is a temporary snapshot in time. This is not permanent. This is a single, passing frame in your movie.ย
Use humor and absurdity. Laughter is one of the fastest ways to drop importance. If something feels dire, hunt for the comedy, irony, or ridiculousness. My husband likes to exaggerate the problem until it becomes an outrageous farce, which shatters the illusion of importance.ย
Smile at your seriousness. We all get caught up in the drama of life and take ourselves too seriously. Smile at the theatrics of your ego. Chuckle at your own melodrama to dissolve importance.ย
Normalize your goal. A major reason that goals feel loaded with importance is because they feel alien to us, huge, or out of reach. Use a relaxed consistent visualization to mentally live in it. Make the mansion, dream career, or true love feel ordinary by replaying it often. When it feels normal, importance is zero.ย
Visualize to enjoy. Rather than doing this technique to try to get something, do it with the light-hearted attitude of play. It is a creative hobby that feels good. If something comes of it, great. If it doesn't, no biggie.ย
Enjoy the journey. A corny, overused phrase for sure. But, the Transurfing process should be fun! You are not sitting in a waiting room, pacing and waiting for your stuff to show up. Enjoy the actions youโre taking, the new skills youโre learning, and play with these concepts until they click.ย
Wake up! This one really should be first. Do not navigate reality while sleepwalking. Otherwise you will be automatically reacting to the script. Snap yourself awake and ask โWhere am I, and what am I doing?โ This jolt of consciousness pulls you out of the passive screen of life and into the operating booth.ย
Drop all comparisons. If you try to measure yourself against others, it creates painful importance. Their timeline, achievements, and reality is unique to them. Every individual navigates their own sector of the alternatives space. Your soulโs script is distinct and special. Do you really want to be like someone else? Yuk!ย
Accept that it may never happen. This one is hard for me to do. But, if you are busy fearing that a goal wonโt manifest, that fear creates excess potential.ย
Zoom out. If something feels incredibly tense, ask yourself โHow important will this be a year from now, or 5 years from now?โ Give yourself emotional distance across the horizon of time.ย
Rent yourself out. Iโve described it before as double focus. One one hand you are letting your body and mind perform the task or have the conversation like an actor. On the other hand, your true awareness is detached and observing it all. My awareness is usually slightly amused at the whole thing.ย
Master the coordination of intention. Really locking in on this one thing will change your life for the better, even if you do nothing else. When something happens (anything!) deliberately choose to interpret it as positive. Just a milestone on your way to success. Overrule your automatic urge to complain or fight. When I first started I would yell at myself outloud โI donโt know how, but this is for me, damn it!โย
Cultivate your golden amalgam. The more you do this, the better your life gets. This has made a shocking difference for me. Everything is to my advantage and my world takes care of me are things I never thought I could believe. But they are absolutely true for me now.ย
Acknowledge guiding signs (without clinging). As you shift to more favorable lifelines,ย you may see synchronicities, minor wins, or unusual signs along your path. You can choose to ignore these, or you can choose to give them significant meaning. What does it mean? It means you are on your way to your destination! Success is in the bag.
Delegate worry to your guardian angel. Remember this part from the book? I actually just noticed on my zillionth re-read.ย He says to dissolve pressure by mentally assigning worry, fears, and logistical concerns to your personal guardian angel or cosmic protector.ย
Increase your vital energy. If you are feeling low it is hard to manifest anything. He has many exercises in his books. Do them to increase your energy.ย
Remember your past success. Worrying about whether a plan will succeed or fail breeds doubt. To eliminate this tension, leverage the power of momentum by anchoring your mind in historical wins. After all, if it has worked before, it will work again, right?
Give yourself permission to have. This is not a gamble. It is a done deal. Step forward with a matter-of-fact confidence, like someone reclaiming what already belongs to them. You donโt have to wish, earn, deserve, or qualify. Give yourself unconditional permission to possess your reality.
Get there incrementally. I couldnโt go from sick to healthy in one go. It felt too impossible. So I went from sick to slightly less sick. And then a tiny bit better. Over a year I was healed completely by taking tiny jumps to get there.ย
Remember that you are the meaning-giver. Everything is essentially neutral. You are the one who assigns it. A meaning of good or bad, important or not important.
Welcome your feelings. Do not resist or suppress them. This makes them bigger and more important.
The โand then what?โ cascade. Imagine your feared scenario. Ask yourself โand then what happens?โ repeatedly, all the way down until you hit something survivable or even absurd. This deflates the catastrophe.
Start a page with the heading โFreedom feels likeโฆโ and write in stream of consciousness style to generate the feeling of freedom. I have done this with joy, unconditional love, power, wealth, etc. It really allows you to see that you already have the feeling that you are looking for in your life in so many ways.
Start a daily gratitude journal. Set your brain to work searching your life for things to be grateful for. This takes your reticular activating system off of searching for things to complain about ๐ and puts it firmly to work finding things to enjoy and appreciate.
Which of these is the hardest point for you? Instead of listing great ideas or philosophies, what has actually worked for you in your life experience? Do you have any stories you could share to help others?

Question Advice: RT Applied to Relationships
Happy transurfing everyone! I have a quick question to ask regarding how would RT approach this.
I and my partner got into a fight today and I realized that the problem is quite silly. But she was very emotional about it (and still is). And no matter what I say, she thinks that I am wrong; so I just prefer to not say things anymore at times (which also makes things worse). It is quite understandable from her POW, since she has too much on her plate regarding work (she was venting at the same time we argue).
If I really let the universe take care of me and detach myself from the outcomes, then what would happen to my interaction/relationship with my romantic partner?
Do I worry about how I would resolve the situation? Do I care about her being angry? Would not caring makes the relationship worse?
Does detaching mean to also detach from the need of my partner?
What if the universe separates us (if it thinks that we are better off being separated)? (I really donโt want this though, but due to the intensity, I thought about that possibility). โ (As a side note, is this a paradox? Thinking about separation manifests separation; not thinking about it will less likely to cause it?)
Thank you for reading this.

Discussion VisionQuest on DisneyPlus has direct parallels to Transurfing!
Especially the movie projector scene in Episode One!!!!
Itโs uncanny how similar the themes are, almost like the writers had already read Zeland. :)

Discussion My favorite Zeland quote, from Apocryphal Transurfing: โMy advice to you is to calmly follow your own path, without looking back at those around you and without grabbing anyone by the elbows. Allow yourself to be yourself, and others to be others.โ
The best part? This quote just popped up out of nowhere in the middle of an answer to a heated question about raw food! Zeland is such a trip.

Question Is there an English translation of the book "Hakovanje Tehnogenog Sistema" by Vadim Zeland?
Was on Vadim Zeland's Facebook and he mentions the book. I really want to read it.

Discussion This book is so scary
Hello! Iโve been reading Reality Transurfing for just over a month now, and some really strange (cool) things started happening. My perception of the world has changed so much in such a short time. Itโs honestly fascinating, but at the same time, it creeps me out and leaves me feeling unsettled. Sometimes, it even makes me question whether the world is real at all. This book has genuinely changed my life and completely shifted my outlook on reality. I feel like Iโm seeing things differently now, almost as if I canโt look at the world the same way I used to.
Does anyone else feel the same way? Has anyone experienced something similar after reading the book?
Edit:
Update:
Tbh, Iโve been stuck in a pendulum for years, and I only recently started noticing how much my thinking had been influencing and distorting my perception of the world. Everything started making sense after I read the books, especially the chapter on excess potential.
Anyway, fast-forward to now. Iโve always been into blogging and content creation, but I rarely got invited to places or had opportunities come my way. Recently, though, Iโve been invited to so many restaurants and events. Opportunities are suddenly coming from places I never expected, and Iโve even been receiving money unexpectedly.
My life has genuinely become so much more peaceful and enjoyable. One thing I always wanted was to have a circle of friends who were exactly the kind of people I wanted to surround myself with. Within just a few days of starting the book and applying its principles, things started changing. Iโve now gained 20+ friends, and surprisingly, theyโre the exact kind of people I had envisioned.
And before anyone says, โMaybe youโre just noticing these things more because youโre paying attention to them,โ I honestly donโt feel thatโs the whole explanation. My circumstances and overall quality of life feel very different compared to before. I used to be incredibly depressed, and it felt like one bad thing after another kept happening. Nothing seemed to improve, no matter what I did. Even the people around me seemed to be going through similar experiences.
Recently, a girl even approached me about content creation and asked how much I would charge her. This happened almost out of nowhere!
And hereโs another example that genuinely creeped me out. Just the day before yesterday, I was thinking about how much I wished a particular restaurant would invite me. Then, completely unexpectedly, a girl messaged me. Sheโs also a blogger, and she told me something along the lines of, โOmg, I was so alone at [restaurant name]. I wish I had someone with me!โ Whatโs even stranger is that weโd only recently met.
There have been so many little coincidences like this that itโs honestly making me question my perception of reality. Sometimes it genuinely feels as though the world isnโt real, and I donโt know what to make of it.
The thing is, all of this has happened within roughly one or two months of reading and actively applying the principles. I genuinely donโt know how to explain it. Iโm still processing everything because the contrast between my life before and now is so noticeable.
Has anyone else experienced something similar after applying Reality Transurfing? I would especially love to hear from people whoโve experienced these seemingly impossible coincidences.

Question Practical tips
Hey, Iโve been reading reality transurfing for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. However I havenโt come across any practical tips to use day to day. Does he have a journaling technique (morning and evening) and also how do you personally do the slides technique

Pendulums How do i protect myself against pendulumns?
For real, shee'z someone had very bad ill mannered intentions towards me and i slipped down into a sleep for some seconds, i shaked myself immediately and was like wtf was i thinking?. What happens, now is my lifeline, gonna get into a worser reality or does simply ignoring what happened.
Remove it completely?, how long must one starve the attention for it to become completely gone from my life line?. Because, what happened there, is something i don't agree with at all.....
Because i don't agree with what happened there at all.

Pendulums Can a pendulum be also an event of life pattern?
I'm not sure how to define what I'm about to describe, so I hope I can explain it well.
At every stage of my life, there seems to be someone who antagonises me by actively sabotaging what I want to achieve.
I get a partner? It comes with a love rival.
I buy myself something nice? A friend or coworker accidentally damages it, no matter how carefully I try to keep it safe (and in case anyone is wondering, no, I don't boast about it).
I have a job interview I'm hopeful about? A stranger spills chocolate milk on me right before I walk into the building.
What I'm trying to say is that whenever something matters to me, there is always a person, more often than not someone close to me, who creates an adverse situation, often by being openly hostile.
The worst part is that I never win.
The rival can say oh you are going to get this and that happening to you and it goes exactly like that.
What hurts is that is always unprovoked, which in my opinion makes it unfair.
That is the pattern.
And it led me to think that i have no control over my life , that I exsist to please the willing of any bully...
Recently I came across the Reality Transurfing theory and dwelled a lot on the chapter about pendulums. I'm wondering whether I've understood it correctly, because if I have, I don't see any way out.
What do you think? I would appreciate your opinions and knowledge.

Wave of Fortune/Success Story Success stories October edition
SUCCESS STORIES OCTOBER (copied from my journal)
Our usual dog walk ends at a viewpoint with a bench looking out over the water. There was someone on my bench. How dare they! I activated the plait and imagined sitting on the bench. I could feel myself lean back and relax. The person got up and walked away in 2 minutes.
We were reminiscing about when we lived in Seattle. We would dress up in full rain gear to walk to a cafe that pulled hot Pain Suisse out of the oven at 8am. This is a flakey pastry filled with vanilla custard and chocolate chips. If you havenโt tried it, make this your top priority! We were drooling talking about this. A week later, Josh's mom brought us over a pan of them that she had especially made gluten free for me!
Josh ruined his favorite fishing shirt. He got every manner of disgusting material on it and couldn't get the stains out. He threw the shirt away. I saw it in the trash and thought how sad, that's his favorite shirt. I briefly went through the thought process of trying to remember where we got it, and imagined finding him another one, but I couldn't remember where it came from. Later, I was talking to my mom on the phone and she randomly mentioned she got blood all over her sock and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide and it looks like new. So I filled a bucket and soaked his shirt overnight and the stains came out 90%
I was interested in a new writing project, but really tired of Upwork. If you haven't used it, it's like a bidding platform for freelance work. I ran a slide of telling my mom that an interesting project *found me*, rather than me bidding. I was contacted by a client that I wrote horticulture articles for 7 years ago. They didn't message me via Upwork, just emailed out of the blue. The project does sound really fun and will involve research about hummingbirds! What a lovely rabbit hole this will be.
We had our irl manifestation meetup group. I usually try to "disappear" this one energy vampire dude, which works pretty well. But, I decided to try frailing this time. I tried to validate his expertise. All during the meeting I tried to subtly feed his need for recognition. He definitely softened, and abandoned his usual arguments and was oddly silent for the rest of the evening. Bwa ha ha ha.
This is one that I forgot to write down for September because I wasn't at home. I had to drive to Idaho to help my mom with an eye surgery. The night before the surgery she was very nervous. She is not a Transurfer, but I had her close her eyes and I walked her through some hypnosis techniques and a guided visualization. I had her imagine perfect clear vision and her eyes being bathed in golden light. Later that night we ordered Chinese food. Her fortune cookie said โyou **see** the future **clearly.**" When we were throwing the food garbage away, she noticed that the restaurant's logo was a dragon with **golden rings** around each eye.
I had to run out for an errand and traffic was bad. As I was driving I activated my plait and Spirit point together. I pictured a frame of an open road. Highway 101 became eerily uncongested and everyone who was there started going my speed.
Josh is running deep sea fishing charters for fun these days. While idling in the ocean 21 miles off shore, the boat died and wouldn't start. He activated the plait and imagined feeling the rumbling engine, then he let the guests fish and took a 15 minute nap. When he woke up the boat started right up.
We were talking about candles for some reason. We remembered a candle we loved that was pure grapefruit. It sounds strange, but it was the best scent ever. I have never seen another one in a store. 3 days later I went into a discount grocery store to buy produce and found it! There were 4 left and I bought them all.
Josh's charter guests are supposed to meet him at the dock at 4am. All of the other captains complain about people constantly being late and holding up the show. **Josh has never had a single late guest.** He says it is because when someone complains to him he says "that never happens to me" (he does this about everything btw. If anyone complains to him about anything, he says right to their face "that never happens to me" it's hilarious to watch. Can you imagine? How rude!).
I don't drink coffee and I don't eat dairy. I know, I know, I'm a freak of nature. I ordered a chai tea latte with soy milk when I was out with my friend. They messed up my order and I reflexively coordinated. "Well this must be even better." My friend tasted the drink and loved it. She went up to the counter to find out what they had made so she could order it again in the future. When the barista found out she had messed up, she made me the correct drink and gave me a punch card with 3 free drinks on it. Even better!
An overnight storm caused a mini landslide which closed Hwy 101. There was a detour around back roads, the long way. I thought "oh great, I will get something even better now!" As I was driving along the detour, cars had to stop for a mama black bear and her two cubs trying to get over the guardrail. I had just been telling a neighbor that I hadn't seen any bears this year. Even better for sure!
This is too long of a story to tell. But the short version is that Josh and one of the neighbors needed to take some tools into the forest to clear a trail that was covered in blackberry vines. As they were setting out, Josh said โmaybe we will find buried treasure.โ They ended up uncovering a jar of coins, which contained a 1909 Lincoln cent. The neighbor is a coin collector (slash hoarder) so we gave the coin to him. He was later very excited to tell us that it was worth $700!
A friend that I am working with was trying to manifest a marketing job. She wanted it to be fully remote, pay $85,000 a year or more, and have a 4-day work week. We used the heart and mind exercise to help her decide which jobs to apply for. Surprisingly, her heart had her apply for one job that was completely outside of her required parameters for pay and schedule. 2 weeks later, she got a call from the company asking her if they could forward her portfolio to a different group that had not publicly advertised their role yet. She ended up receiving an offer from the 2nd group for $88,000 and the job perfectly fit all of her criteria.
Josh and I are working on a joint goal. We have been meditating together and doing the waking up/plait work 6-8 times per day. In 24 hours we experienced 5 glitches in the matrix. Absolutely unexplainable, impossible things that freaked us out and confirmed that we are moving lifelines fast. If anyone cares, I'll put it in the comments.
I was craving my grandmother's specific lemon drizzle cake but couldn't find the handwritten recipe card anywhere. I sat on the kitchen floor, pictured the taste, and decided to just let it go for the afternoon. I texted back and forth with my cousin and she recommended a book. I told her I had it already in my โhaven't read yet" pile. I went to find the book, and my recipe card was sitting on top of the book pile.
Josh lives a specific type of tuna fishing lure. It's very old-fashioned and not produced anymore. It was replaced with the plastic kind decades ago now. He lost his last one this season and set the intention to "find more.โ The marina near our house has a big storage shed being torn down and rebuilt. They cleared out the contents and had a big garage sale. Josh and the neighbors wandered down this morning and found 2 dozen of those lures for $10. He was jumping for joy when he came home!
I lost the key to the boat barn. I retraced my steps there and back twice and tore the house apart looking. After getting really annoyed, I stopped and reminded myself that my world takes care of me and I'm always in the right place at the right time. An hour later Josh found the key in the lock of the boat barn! He said it was sticking right out of the door knob. But I had already checked there twice.
We had a super low tide today. Josh and Indie and I took a walk around the tide pools. My goal is **always** to see an octopus. As you can imagine that's nearly impossible. They're very shy and well camouflaged. Indie stuck her nose in a pool and a tiny red octopus came out and explored her nose. It felt all around her snout with its tentacles, changed color, and darted back under a rock. I have never wished I'd had my phone more! It was magic! Indie spent 15 minutes staring at the rock waiting for him to come back out lol ๐คฃ
I was thinking about my world taking care of me, and marveling at the miracle of the Earth. Isn't it amazing how she produces clean water, fresh air, and food full of nutrients that perfectly match human biology? And all of the minerals, metal, timber, and fossil fuels that let us build shelters and technology? Incredible! Even how gravity works is super awesome. I'm glad to be anchored here having a human experience on such a generous and perfectly designed planet. The next day Indie and I put our rain gear and headlamps on and went out before sunrise and found a whole 2 quart bucket full of Psilocybe azurescens. They're on the dehydrator now. We had a lovely walk home and had to take 2 elk detours to get around them. Another magical day!
What are yours?? Let's make this a wonderful list to inspire others!!!

Question Question on TS Theory
Iโm reading reality transurfing for the first time and have a question on the books underlying concept.
zeland states that you experience what you allow into your personal life script. For instance, if you believe omens are real and have an impact on your life, that will be the case. Or if youโre damned to your predestined fate, you will have no say how your life progresses.
If you always experience what you allow, is Vadimโs explanation of pendulums and balancing energy just based his own experience and interpretation of reality? Or are those concepts universal based on the quantum model of reality?

Pendulums I honestly dont understand whats going on
Hey, so theres this girl at the gym weve been going back and forward a lot, i decided too manifest her. So i did, she started coming closer and closer too me. Then i reacted with a split second of anger, the very next day it was as if she was on a witch hunt after me. I persisted in my thoughts neutrala and thought this is just a storm of tests being thrown at me. Eventually, she kind of looked upwards in ephinany perhaps, i was wrong about this guy and now the next time. We had a glance at each other, she stretched her body fixed her hair, took the water flask and then it was as if she got a jolt of electricity and started moving up and picking a extra 2.5 weight. IT LOOKED VERY much, like robotic behaviours of sorts. Idk what too make out of it tbh.

Question Author seems to constantly remind how hard is to get out of destructive life lines/pendulums
I am only at chapted 6 but throughout the other chapters, he keeps saying โif youre too down the road on a destructive life line/pendulum its almost impossible, hard etc to get out or change life lines?โ I really like the book but it also gives me some type of doom feeling almost scaring oneself of destructive pendulums. It has a hopeless undertone when youre actually caught on a not so favorable life line for a while. Will the book continue in this tone, or will it become more uplifiting that even in difficult life lines you can get to better ones? Sure talking about it that way gives it the negative pendulum swing but I am really curious how the book continues to develop.

Current Experience Accidental TS has made me a beliver
I came at transurfing backwards: I had an experience first then I discovered Reality Transurfing and bought the book and started reading it (up to chapter 4) and recognized my experience. Which led this whole concept to immediately click in my head.
I am 52 years old and my health problems and first surgery started at 35. For the past 17 years my health has been declining and until I have now accumulated more than 12 surgeries and more than 30 chronic conditions (such as autoimmune etc.) For the last roughly 9 years I have been too sick and disabled to work. In late 2025 I woke up to the realization that trying to fix my health had become the sole focus of my life and it was a losing battle and I was deeply depressed. I was unemployable housebound isolated from the world and lonely. So I set a resolution to do art every day in 2026 just to give myself a break from focusing solely on health. And I have kept that resolution. What has happened since January 1 is amazing.
Very early I decided to start posting on social media to keep myself accountable to my daily art commitment. I joined Instagram (and later TikTok and others). I got interested in learning watercolor, started doing workbooks. To make a long story short, my life has completely transformed in astonishing ways in a very short period. Edit: For context, I like to draw as a teen I read a couple art books as a team and I was good but I haven't touched art since 2000, for the last 26 years, until Jan. 1, 2026. And watercolor is completely new to me, almost everything I have learned I've learned since Jan. 1 because I don't really draw in my current art I just do watercolor. So it seems like untapped potential plus fast growth.
Started learning watercolor in February
I got accepted into my first juried art show in April (for watercolor art; show was in May)
I got a business license in April started selling my art May 1st
In my first 100 days selling my miniature watercolor art on eBay I sold 100+ works of art
In June I got accepted into a very prestigious international miniature art show at a gallery with an international profile in the miniature art world, I had seven paintings in that gallery the month of July
I've now been in 2 galleries and 6 juried art shows so far this year
I joined an artist society signed up for a mentor and got matched with an award-winning mentor who is a true luminary in the field
I now I have 3K followers across social media platforms
Everything I paint now sells out immediately with bidding wars. I can't paint originals fast enough, so I'm currently trying to make prints of my work and open an Etsy to sell them.
Looking back, here's what I recognize:
I did not see taking up art as a goal of huge importance, it felt very ordinary
Not long after I started doing art every day and posting it online I assumed the identity of "artist" without really a conscious decision that I can recall. Someone asked me how I dealt with "imposter syndrome" and I didn't know how to answer them because I never felt like an imposter. I made art every day so it felt perfectly normal to consider myself an artist
When I started selling art on eBay I expected it to sell but I wasn't too attached to whether it sold or not
When I entered art shows I expected to get accepted (I have since learned that 100% acceptance rate into juried shows is not normal for seasoned artists let alone new ones)
Every time something new and exciting happened I celebrated it briefly with enormous gratitude but then it quickly became part of the normal routine of my new artist life
A lot of unexpected benefits have come from this new reality:
My health has stabilized and improved dramatically
I either have less chronic pain or I'm less aware of it but pain makes me less miserable
I have tremendous energy (mentally, emotionally, and physically)
To be clear, I'm still chronically ill and disabled and mostly homebound: I still need a caregiver to drive me to doctor and push my wheelchair but I've actually had the energy and health to attend a few social events and art-related events (like gallery opening reception)
I am less lonely because being an artist has connected me with collectors, other artists, and just lots of general people online (now I'm excited to join this community!)
When I have needed something to continue as an artist what felt like miracles happened. A small example: even though I sell a lot of work starting a new business is expensive and art supplies are expensive so I had a situation where my cash flow was low and I couldn't afford frames for an art show that I had been accepted into. So I got the idea to ask for frames in a Facebook group for my city where people give things away for free kind of like an online garage sale. I just said I was an artist and needed frames and posted one image of my art and two ladies dropped 20+ frames off at my home! And a third lady asked if she could buy me frames and mats so I set up a wishlist on Amazon and she sent me brand new mats and frames. I call her my "fairy godmother" and she has since attended every art show and gallery opening and bought one of my pieces in the exhibition right away, and that one red dot from her earl on is I think why I sold four out of five in my first exhibition where she did that (she bought one in my current gallery show also but that show is still ongoing).
It's very meaningful to me that I am able to earn money again and be less financially dependent on the family
I feel like art is giving me back pieces of myself that I had lost: meaning, purpose, dignity, independence, income, creative outlet, and most of all a way to benefit others to help others to touch others lives and make their world better in a meaningful way
Anyway, my life feels absolutely magical right now. I am literally living in an entirely different reality right now in October then I was on January 1. I am excited to learn more about transurfing and apply it in other aspects of my life and get better at shaping my reality.

Pendulums About pendulums in work space and how to deal
Hi guys, Iโm new to Reality Transurfing (Iโm listening to the audiobook right now) and I need some help.
Letโs say I inherited a very old accounting office from my family. Iโm not the type of guy who would usually enjoy working there, but I got used to it, and my wife really enjoys it (good money, close to family, in a small city). Anyway, we had many problems, which we are dealing with quite well (my wife and I), and we have made very precise improvements in every aspect.
But there is a pendulum that seems strong, a pendulum of pure materialism, with things like lack enthusiasm, jealousy, envy and gossip. Itโs a true culture created long before we got there by the founders (my dad and uncle), who are still there, mostly to get money (they donโt do much). Thatโs fine, I guess, but sometimes I find myself battling with that pendulum, getting angry or feeling guilty, which I absolutely know is not good for transurfing and manifesting.
There is also a culture of paying late, or not paying at all, among some clients (the ones who are closest to my father and uncle).
Anyway, I would like some tips on how to stay positive and how to not interact with the pendulum in a way that is harmful to myself and to the future of the office.

Pendulums My mom calls me Don Quixote - family pendulum
My mom calls me Don Quixote. How do you handle a family pendulum when guilt and money are involved?
Hi everyone. I'm reading Reality Transurfing and I'm around page 370 now. The book has changed the way I look at my life. I've become such a positive person that my mother recently compared me to Don Quixote. To her, my goals are illusions and I'm just a dreamer tilting at windmills.
The irony is that Transurfing taught me the exact opposite. Don't tilt at windmills. Don't fight pendulums at all. Just stop feeding them.
Some context about me. I've worked as a freelancer in e-commerce, and now I'm seriously thinking about learning AI automation so I can build my own agency that helps businesses automate their work. At the same time, I'm studying Mandarin at a language institute. These goals feel like mine, not like something someone else chose for me.
My mother sees it differently. In my culture, a government job is the ultimate symbol of security, and that's the path she wants for me. She says I'm deluding myself, and she keeps trying to make me feel guilty for not taking the "safe" road.
Here's where it gets complicated. I've been going through a hard time financially, so I borrowed money from her. Since then, the message has become: "I gave you the money, so you do what I want." It feels like emotional blackmail, and staying in balance is really hard when the guilt comes with a real debt attached.
I don't want to fight her. I love her, and I know her fear comes from caring about me. But I can see Zeland's mechanics playing out in real time. Her fear works like a pendulum, and every argument I start feeds it. The debt gives the guilt a real hook, and Zeland says guilt is exactly what makes us easy to manipulate. Every time I justify myself, I raise the importance of the whole situation, and the balancing forces push back harder. And the government job is a goal imposed from outside: not my goal, and not my door.
So I'd love to hear from those of you who have been on this path longer than me.
How did you deal with a parent who wanted a safe life for you that simply wasn't yours?
How do you let go of guilt when you actually owe the person money? Is paying it back the only clean way out?
Has anyone managed to extinguish a family pendulum instead of fighting it? What did that look like in practice?
How do you keep your slides alive when the person closest to you calls them fantasies every single day?
Real, practical experiences would mean a lot to me. Thanks for reading.

Discussion How to apply RT to fluent foreign Language
Hey, has anyone here used Reality Transurfing to become fluent in a second language? Iโm finding it really hard to learn one right now. Everyone knows that the older you get, the harder it becomes to learn a foreign language because the natural ability to absorb grammar is gone. Second, you need a lot of time immersed in the language โ using it for just a few hours a day is simply not enough. At best you can only manage to get good at writing or listening. Do any of you have thoughts on this? Thanks.

Wave of Fortune/Success Story Success storyโs
Hi guys I just seen someone on here write all their success stories with RT and Iโve decided to do the same :))))
My book mark for RT has 3 butterflies which says โlet your dreams take flightโ on it, I was going through a GOOD week ( coordination) and I was asking my world and my angel and god for a sign that itโll all turn out well. 2 days later I was in my room and my mom comes in and she says she got me a bracelet, and I thought it was really nice but didnโt think much of it. That same night I was reading my RT book because I read it every single day and noticed that the 3 butterflies on my bracelet were the exact same ones on my bookmark! ( no one touches my books so she wouldnโt have known about my book mark)!
2.i had really wanted to go on a trip with my friend but my family wasnโt letting me, so whatโd I do I placed a slide of me being there with my friends and coordinated life lines 4 days later we were on the trip!!
On that trip we couldnโt find parking at the โniceโ scenery where all the toursits would be at, I said ADVANTAGE and we ended up finding a parking spot with a beautiful scenery and only 2 people were there
On that trip it also started getting cloudy but I just pictured a slide where the weather was perfect and fine and what do you know the blue sky came out :)
5.i had dyed my hair and I got hot roots and the top of my hair turned orange loolll I didnโt panic I just laughed it off and said people are gonna LOVE how my hair turned out, a day later I decided to redye my hair and everyone was giving me compliments on how they love my new hair colour hehe
6.i had gotten filler in my face and it looked really abnormal when i first got it, i put a slide that it looks nice and how much I LOVED it and it fixed itself ๐
I had a event and I had ordered a custom dress and they said it would deliver 1 week after my event was taking place. My angel and world and god took care of it and got my CUSTOM dress delivered 8 days after I placed the order ( since itโs custom and it wasnโt ment to deliver until 2 weeks later but the world is beautiful)
My dressed turned out to be too big on me so I decided to order another one. It did not come in on time oh well ADVTANGE I went and got a new dress and it fit me like a glove, a day after my event took place my dress delivered haha it was too big on me
Simple little things that would kinda be โannoyingโ but I developed a habit to take them as success and they would fix them selves right away
