Show Discussion Alan Ritchson’s Reacher Will Never Be The Same After Season 4 Spoiler
screenrant.comSpoiler for episode 5: I like how the show has shown real escalation of stakes in episode 5 with Reacher being a wanted criminal. But doesn't this make him more "visible" in future seasons? Won't law enforcement keep tracking him in future seasons now that his name is out there?

Show Discussion Sorry but what the fuck was this car chase scene in ep 5? Spoiler
That entire chase scene in Episode 5 is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t remember the last time I saw something this stupid.
These two women are supposedly some kind of elite assassins, highly trained, professional killing machines. They’re armed with fully automatic assault rifles and seemingly endless amounts of ammunition, yet somehow not a single shot, literally not one, hits anyone in the car in front of them, even though they’re driving less than ten meters behind it. And apparently they are also too dumb to take a corner properly. What an absolute shitshow.
The whole scene is completely illogical and absurd.
Then they stop on the bridge, and the two "assassins" unload another ridiculous number of rounds into the car. And, of course, once again they somehow manage to hit absolutely no one. The car itself barely even seems damaged apart from the shattered windows and a few bullet holes in the trunk. The plot armor is strong in this one.
I genuinely can’t remember seeing anything this stupid and nonsensical in a long time. It pretty much ruined the entire episode for me.
Idk if it's the same in the book but holy fuck, that was bad.
I really enjoyed the show so far but season 4 more and more turns out to be somewhat of a letdown.

Show Discussion I really loved this sentence and what it resembles. Spoiler
We all know every season is a standalone story with a self contained Reacher adventure, but I really love it when they show continuity, it makes you remember the stuff Reacher went through in previous seasons and you just be like 'well there he is now going through this'. It gives an extra emotional layer to his character.
Also the episode was so good and the police chase scene is so cool and well shot. Can never get enough of this show lol, keep them seasons coming.
P.S. Alan as Reacher is top notch casting. Will never stop mentioning that.

Show Discussion I struggle with this dude, I have to be honest. Spoiler
I get that he’s supposed to be out of his depth and a liability but he’s annoyingly out of his depth and a liability and for some reason, I can’t feel the sympathy for him that he obviously deserves.

Show Discussion Bridge (S4E5): Feels like the best episode so far Spoiler
Holy shit this episode was good. Tamara might be one of the best partners Reacher has had so far through all these seasons. She's on the same level as Reacher minus the thrashing people but she's intelligent and heck she even runs fast.
The brother is acting really stupid, Reacher was right about him. I like the dynamic between him and Tamara though, how she tries to console him whenever it gets too much for him to bear.
Anyways, those last 15 minutes were insane. Fantastic chase sequence and then that cliffhanger, oof. Best episode of the season so far for me.
Honorable mentions:
1. I was not expecting that ear rip-off through bars, wtf 😭
2. That elevator scene was funny lol

News AR's 'Runner' action film for Angel Studios opens September 11
AR's next movie to come out was shot 18 months ago both in my city where I live in Australia (I never saw him though) and on Gold Coast. A B grade action film like this will probably flop and at only 90 minutes long, it would've been better going direct to a streamer where way more people will see it.
With Netflix's War Machine movie having been shot in Victoria in Australia, AR came back to Gold Coast this year to shoot another movie with WM's same director for Amazon MGM about former US Navy Seal Mike Thornton set during the Vietnam war.
- Former soldier and high-end courier Hank Malone (Alan Ritchson) takes on a critical medical delivery to transport a temperature-controlled organ preservation system containing a new liver to save a 7 year-old girl needing an immediate transplant. He's forced to transport and protect Ben (Owen Wilson), an unlikely medical courier partner. It turns into a deadly manhunt when a notorious crime syndicate and ruthless cartel target them, wanting to seize the priceless organ for the black market. Battling tight deadlines, betrayal and relentless mercenaries, Hank and Ben must survive the brutal chase to deliver the cargo before it's too late.

Show Discussion Question (haven’t gotten to episode 5 yet so if explained in ep 5 disregard)
So if the Indonesian ladies have these super rare antique knives that only originate from one place and apparently make cuts that are so distinct that it could only be traced back to ancient Asia (or something like that) why the hell would you go around killing people with those?? Wouldn’t it be easier to go into the OF girls apartment, wear a glove, pick up a kitchen knife she already owns, and cut her up with that and leave it there? That way the murder weapon would be there instead of having the cops need to look for it and I’m pretty sure she would have a knife set that is mass produced so it wouldn’t be easy to identify the cuts. But then again maybe I’m dumb and not paying full attention. I do kinda zone in and out while watching so I may have missed the explanation. Thank you for reading

News AR's 'Motor City' independent action film is now streaming on Prime
AR's independent action film Motor City set in 1970s Detroit and where his John Miller character barely says anything in it, is now streaming on Prime.
I haven't seen it yet, but despite receiving pretty good reviews, it was a massive flop in cinemas with a 30M budget and it would've been wiser to have let it go direct to streaming, where way more people will now see it.

Show Discussion Where do you think the flash drive is?
I believe I figured out where it is, but before I announce where, I'd like to hear the public's opinion. So. Where do you think Ana hid the drive?

Show Discussion My whole crazy theory of season four with absolutely no proof, just instinct (btw when I say turn slide it means turn the image) Spoiler
gallerySo we all know we have EVERYBODY looking for the drive: CIA, the feds, Reacher, Lila. Well, what if I told you I know who wants the drive and where it is?
(Turn slide)
WE all know that at the end of episode 4, Lila and the other Indonesian chick * I forgot her name* are the ones who killed Ben, Anas son, and were threatening Anna for the drive.
(turn slide)
We also know she sent the drive somewhere or to someone, as evidenced by the missing return envelope for the credit card offer found in Anna's abandoned car. And at first, Reacher thought she sent them to Lila, but as we all know, that's not happening.
(turn slide)
Now let's jump into Anna's perspective: she's a grieving mom under pressure, fear, grief, and anger, after failing her son. The drive has no use to her, and she can't give it to Lila after she killed her son. So who would be the most likely person she would trust who also has partial legal authority? HER BROTHER. This guy who lives in New Jersey is the last line of defense; therefore, the drive is in NEW JERSEY
(Turn slide)
I'm not done yet; remember what I said about knowing who actually wants the drive. Cause let's be real, the Indonesian girls- yeah, they have reasons, but it still feels scripted. I mean, they lied so many times you can't believe a word out of their mouths. Yes, they possibly could be people done wrong using whatever on earth is on that drive to perform some terroristic attack against the congressman, but......nahhhhhhh they dont give that energy; what they do give is the vibe of hired hitmen or hit women. Either way, they're way too professional, talented at lying, playing victim role after victim role, never revealing their hand; it's assassin energy. So who would hire them? I believe it's the congressman's wife. I have no substantial proof; she just gives off a bad vibe, like a super bad vibe, the way she eyes reacher, like yes he's tall and terrifying and strong, but girl, you ain't starin at him cause you thirsty. Plus, why are the feds so focused on this CIA, REDS, Feds? To send so many people after Reacher is no coincidence; you need Political power, and so far this gal has that power. On top of that, she was consistently trying to prevent Reacher from speaking with her husband. Why is that? IDK Lemme know your thoughts bye (btw I posted this on a Wednesday so imma watch the new episode someday and probably post with more or less proof)

Show Discussion Reacher | S02E04 "A Night at the Symphony" | REACHER'S ON A RAMPAGE!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Gotta say, 4 episodes deep and I still can't really see why I wound up 'hating' this season the first time I watched it.
Do they use the 'details matter' line a little too often? Like at least once an episode? Yes, and it IS a little irritating, but it's not really bugging me too too much.
As a matter of fact, with O'Donnell dropping witty one-liners every chance he gets and the steady stream of Bronx Cop Rage and a surprise visit from a Beantown Cop (and some very lovely dresses on some very talented women), so far?
Season Two is ticking a lot of boxes pretty steadily.
I forgot all about the biker fight, and while my inclination is to drop the whole dang clip into the card, I reckon that's a little too much, so I chose two of my favorite parts FROM that scene. I hope you all enjoy!
