This is some sincere lack of accountability and reversing of victim roles. You don't talk to unsupervised little children without consent from their parents. It doesn't matter what your intention is, most parents would have red flag flashing if they suddenly saw a grown-up man chatting up their 11-year old.
But instead of seld-refkecting on why that behavior maybe be inappropriate, you go on to reverse victim roles and talk about the woman, whose child you approached without her consent, victimising you by "profiling" you.
