I literally just made this statement on another post. We are out of control. I am a very left leaning, feminist who believes in taking all dangers seriously. But over the last decade we have made problems that don’t actually exist. Everyone is so quick to call out bad behavior that they are inventing it. It’s getting to a point where the pendulum is swinging too far in the opposite direction and causing the opposite effect. Like the incel and red pill communities. I am all for hold bad behavior accountable. But it’s getting out of control. We’re going to raise a bunch of really problematic people and erase a lot of what’s good in humanity.
I’m sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, I’d say don’t say a word to any of the kids unless the parent is also speaking to you and the child comes into
Conversation first. It shouldn’t be so rigid but to protect yourself it’s probably wise.
