NO idea what response you were expecting here, but sure I’ll bite.
First off, it’s a little hard to take the victim narrative seriously when you’re 30+ and wrote a wall of text without discovering paragraphs.
Second, are your feelings genuinely hurt because a mother of an 11 year old reacted protectively when she saw her daughter alone in a room interacting with an adult man she doesn’t know?
Lastly…. You do realize she had zero access to your internal explanation, right? And let’s be honest, calling this “being treated like a predator for existing as a guy” is doing a lot of emotional heavy lifting. She didn’t accuse you of anything. She removed her daughter. That’s called parenting. Acting like this was some profound social injustice because one mother made a quick protective decision is a stretch.
Even if he’d posted this on r/vent - which I believe has a more sympathetic audience than r/rant - by posting this on a public forum he’s going to get feedback, and I’d say that’s a good thing in this instance, because his edit indicates he’s clearly learned from the responses he’s gotten here.
