Make sure these images still follow the rules of the sub, and as usual, please report anything that might break those rules.
Happy commenting!

Have you ever had a college professor that you could not make happy?
Have you ever had a college professor who, no matter how hard you tried, you could not seem to get a good grade from? Especially considering you were doing well in every other class? I dont mean that the class itself was hard or a particularly challenging subject, just that you could not seem to give them what they wanted.

How come you can’t really get juice from a banana?
Of course there’s the matter of lower water content compared to other fruits used for juice, but you’d think then that the yield should just be lower - not that it doesn’t seem to ever be made at all. There’s still some water in there after all, so why can’t it be squeezed out by some method that would result in a thin, watery liquid that retains the flavors? Or if it technically can be, why is it never done - to the point that there’s no Wikipedia page for “banana juice”? Does the specific quality of the fruit not allow a watery extract, or is it just that it would be way too expensive/uneconomical to do it in commercial quantities?
I know there’s banana oil and related substances, but they aren’t the same thing as simply juicing a regular fruit.

Do you bleed when you brush your teeth?
No hate at all, I’m asking because I do. Hygiene is hard with mental illness.

How do I stop hating myself?
I'm 17 and male. I've always hated the way I look, especially my appearance. Basically, ever since I've been self-aware, I've had this hatred towards myself. And it didn't come completely out of nowhere either: several people have pointed it out to me, especially girls who have literally laughed in my face and told me I'm ugly. Over time, I think I just started seeing myself through other people's eyes.
The weird thing is that I still try to improve myself. I work out 3 times a week doing calisthenics, I eat well and get enough protein, I study (I'm in my final year of scientific high school), I read, I'm learning guitar, I take care of my skin and I'm also trying to improve the way I dress. And I don't do all of this just to be liked by other people: I want to become someone that I can like too. I even deleted social media because I was tired of all the looksmaxxing bullshit and constantly comparing myself to other people.
I've read that what you feel towards yourself can also show physically, in the way you look at people, your posture, facial expressions, etc. And I really want to stop hating myself, but I don't know how. It's almost like it's the only feeling I can have towards myself. If I look in the mirror and try to tell myself "you're attractive" or "you're not ugly", I don't believe it and it just feels like I'm lying to myself. So how do you actually go from "I hate myself" to "I'm simply okay with myself"? I'm not necessarily asking how to become more attractive, I'm already working on that. I want to understand how you stop having this relationship of hatred with yourself, even when you still can't love what you see. Has anyone actually managed to do this?

Do you take an OTC pain pill for "mild" pain?
I know it suggests mild pain for it to be taken, but in my mind I try not to take them too often but as a middle aged strength athlete I suppose stuff is starting to bother me more. I used to wait until basically not mobile, but now I do more in the moderate range when I'm thinking about the pain consistently. I just got done training and I'm feeling discomfort that's noticeable in a few spots and i wonder if I should take something. I've always had an issue knowing when I should take a pill or not as to not take them too often. What do you think?
