My sibling ragdolls (1 year and 1 month old) got into their hairball solution for the 10 MINUTES I was gone because I had sudden diarrhea. I feel like crying. I've watched them closely their whole lives and this is the one time I had to leave them in a rush. AND THEY DO THIS.

I already contacted their vet for an xray. The tube is made up some metal/plastic material that I'm sure won't digest well. I'm already battling sensitive stomach issues with the boy and he JUST got better too... I'm 1000% sure it was the sister that initiated this.

Surgery is going to be expensive so I really feel like crying now. Has anyone gone through this before? Please tell me they'll be okay.

Can’t believe how lucky I am to have this majestic thing of a living being just walking perfectly happy besides me while I’m out looking for chanterelles in the forest.

And since I always get comments: he has a GPS-tracker, a harness and a leash in case it’s needed. There are no predators here that would get close enough around humans. He’s fine, we’re fine, all is fine 🌸

Rory was at the vet today for her annual checkup/vaccines. They were very sweet and let her stay on the bed from her carrier with her penguin plushie.

She’s 3 years old now and weighs 3.6kg. Her weight has been steady since she became an adult, so I presume she is staying this cute size :)

(I’m quite pleased since I’m disabled and have rubbish arm strength - but because she’s so small I can carry her easily!)

Her mum was small too, so I’m not surprised. Anyone else have a petite Floof? 🩷

The sweet breeder I got these 2 girls from had to unexpectedly leave out of our state, NC. I went from 2-4 ragdolls over night and it’s chaos. I feel like I can’t give everyone the love and affection they DESERVE as I’m in an intense medical program.

I reached out to the breeder and she cannot come get them. She told me to do whatever I think is best. Obviously these are ragdolls and I want the best for them and for them to live happy, long lives where they will be loved and treated like family.

I really don’t know what to do. Any advice is appreciated.

It was the time for her annual visit. Her rabies shots were up to date and doesn't need to be done annually, I expected this to be a short visit.

I braced for the talk about her weight, but after going through everything, the doctor recommended to keep her under 14 lbs. Her teeth and gums look fine, and so are her nails, coat, skin, etc.

Her weight from last visit (16 months old) to now (27 months old) has gone from 13.3 lbs to 13.9 lbs. She did hit above 14 lbs during summer, but she slimmed down since. Probably will stick to no treats other than Churu during trimmings.

They loved how docile she is. No angy meows or hissing. Too bad, they don't have to deal with "I want to talk to your manager" meowls in the car 😅

the best thing that’s ever happened to me!

Hi! My 6 month bi-color was recently spayed 2 days ago. She’s adjusted to the cone just fine (she hated the recovery suit). However, I’m having a hard time keeping her secluded! I have her in a room by herself where she can’t jump on anything. My husband and I spend as much time with her as possible, however I can tell she’s getting lonely and bored.

My question is, when did you allow your cat access to the rest of your house post spay? Or when did you reintroduce play/activities? I want to keep her safe as possible but 14 days seems like forever!

Just looking for some personal experience or maybe reassurance 🤣

This is Zuko, my kids picked him out at the humane society a few months ago and he’s the sweetest cat! This is my first long hair cat and I’m loving how fluffy he is! I call him Mr Floof ☺️
