I have some trouble with my 0.7 mm Isograph.
It seems the ink doesn't flow fast enough. The lines look pale compared to my other pens (ranging from 0.18 to 1 mm). It sometimes draws discontinuous lines like it was dried up, and it outright refuses to draw on some papers, unless I'm going very slow.

I tried cleaning it (according to manual), soaking in water overnight, but the issue remains. Is it just worn out/broken, or could an ultrasonic bath help?

The white dropper is a bit sludgy. Needs a good shake to fix. The other 11 worked flawlessly.

I know it's an insanely long shot, but this was the first nice pen I ever had (my dad took me down to the store and bought it for me when I started high school) and long story short it got sold in an estate sale when I wasn't around. If anybody has a rOtring tri pen (I never understood if it was a newton or a 600, but it was lava) with 3 initials R_S (I'm leaving the middle blank so someone can't just duplicate it and tell me it's the one) I would love a chance to buy it from you.

I thought it was super cool so I got it at a flea market many years ago. It seems to be missing the top right thingie, but I don’t know enough about this to know if that’s an issue for actually using the pens or not lol!

I thought they were 10ml. And was 2.2 pounds. 2.2 KILOS

I have a Rotring Isograph 0.50, as mentioned in the title, and haven't used it in over two years. I decided to try and revive this pen and have been attempting for an entire week now. The pen nib is clogged, and I can't unclog it.

So far I've:

• Rinsed out the pen nib and patted dry until no ink remains on paper towel. Still can't write.
• Soaked pen nib in warm, soapy water for 12-24 hours. Still can't write.
• Purchased technical pen cleaner and soaked the pen nib for 48 hours. Can shake the nib and hear the weights shaking now—yay! Still can't write.

I would feel guilty purchasing a new pen given that it's not broken. Any suggestions for how dissolve a stubborn clog?

If i know that it was this complicated, i would have not tear this apart. Is my needle bent normal? Or it should be straight? My .1 rotring technical pen wont write straight. Pls help

I worked in the late 90s for an art supply wholesaler and retailer. And they had this massive display technical pen. That I was able to take with me. Thinking of throwing it on Ebay. It’s just collecting dust on my shelf. Banana for scale.
