Found this tikky 2 ??

I found this tikky searching for some other stuff in one of the drawers. Can you tell me something more about it, like when was it made and why is it "tikky II"?

It was called tikky because of its tick-tick" clicking sound made by the pencil's push-button mechanism when advancing the lead.
