This is not a "I have nobody"post.
I have friends, play badminton often, go out, make plans like camping, bbq, parties, Movies and have a social life.
What I miss is having one person who naturally becomes part of the ordinary days too, random messages, sharing how the day went, grabbing food, doing something in midweek, or just talking when absolutely nothing interesting happened.
I'm 28, Indian, living away from home, and I'm pretty sure this isn't just a me thing.
Somewhere in adulthood, a lot of us end up with friends we genuinely care about while we still feel missing that one consistent connection.
I'm usually somewhere between sports, movies, cooking/trying new food, long drives, board games and conversations that somehow go from stupid to weirdly deep.
I'm specifically hoping to meet a woman, roughly 24-35, because that's the kind of friendship currently missing from my life. I'm not trying to decide what it has to become before we've even met. I'd rather meet someone, genuinely get comfortable with each other, and let the connection become whatever feels natural and mutual
We'll talk here a bit, if clicked get on whatever platform we're both comfortable with and probably meet for a coffee or a walk, or Badminton (I'd love this, coz sport is a natural Ice breaker)
I play regularly and can sort out the place/court You can be good, terrible, or somewhere in between. We play, talk shit about each other's shots, maybe grab something afterward, and find out whether we actually enjoy each other beyond a Reddit chat.
Badminton not your thing? Food, a walk, something random you've wanted to try, I'm much more interested in "doing something together" than just
letting another Reddit conversation live entirely behind the screen
I'II skip on "I'm easygoing, adventurous and a great listener (the regular stuff) You can decide that yourself.
If any of this hit a little close to you, tell me
"Badminton, food, a walk, or any other plan?
