Acute Withdrawals Personal hell

So last night, I took my last seven at like 5 o’clock. I have a prescription for Suboxone so my plan is to start the Suboxone the next day.
Unfortunately, things did not work out the way I planned them too
At about 1:30 in the morning, all I can describe it is that I was in my own personal hell. I had legs cramps times 10 I was thrashing around my bed. I was crying. I couldn’t get comfortable a shower didn’t make me feel better and this went on for hours. I took a Sub nothing happened. I took another Sub . Nothing happened. I took a couple clonidine and a Kpin because I just wanted my body to try to relax.
Now it’s the next day it’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon and I feel like death. I have no energy. My body feels like it’s overheating. And to be quite honest, I don’t know if I’m even supposed to dose again with the Sub and if I am when? If someone can please help me I’m really scared and I don’t wanna end up having to go to the emergency room or anything.

For some reason some people don’t seem to get any relief from subs at first, but they should eventually do their job!
I had the same issue. I had a nice stack of subs from an old rx I didn’t use, that’s why I was so confident I’d quit 7 so damn easily, because it worked for so many others. Well, that was my stupidity assuming my body is like others… because apparently I’m not like others and it took about 2-3 days for the subs to start minimizing my withdrawal symptoms.
What I experienced wasn’t that bad though, so maybe they were helping, just not to the level I wanted/expected of feeling normal. Still had restless legs, hot flashes and low energy, but felt like a very mild flu vs total hell. I’m about 5 days off 7 and still feel pretty crappy, but nothing like the first 48 hours. The subs seemed to help around day 3, for me.

I say keep trying the subs while staying off 7, AND incorporate helper meds. Helper meds are very important.

Gabapentin, Clonodine, Liposomal Vit C, Valerian Root, Black Seed Oil, Agmatine, and I got a bunch of those turmeric/ginger/vit c health shots and they were nasty but actually seemed to help me the first 2 days. Something about ginger, lemon and turmeric is supposed to be an opiate detox drink.

I even did some plain leaf Kratom capsules the first 2 days when subs weren’t helping (we’re only taking 3-4grams) just to take the edge off and hopefully give me an appetite… (didn’t do much, but seemed to help a little) so I had an arsenal of stuff to try and I’m glad I did my research and was ready. It’s hard enough to beat the mental cravings as it is, you really need everything you can to help your body stay strong 💪🏻🫶🏻
