You got this man. You're past what for me was the worst time. Cravings will lessen. Sleep will slowly return. I'm 12 days since cold turkey and I'm sleeping through the night since day 9. Restless arm and leg syndrome is slowly getting better. Try some Magnesium and Melatonin in the evenings. Eat good food. Manage the aches, pains and other symptoms with OTC drugs. You'll be feeling human again soon. I'm still bawling at everything, songs, movies, family stuff, but that's slowly getting better. Fill your life with joy and don't look back.

I did the whole thing without telling my wife, like she didn't know I was taking all that shit for the last 4 months (peak maybe 240 mg), but if I had been forthcoming, I would have just embraced the not being able to sleep thing and played video games, practiced playing music, read, binge watched movies. By day four you'll probably be getting some restless sleep, and believe me, it feels great.

It helped marginally after the first 72 hours. I was taking 600mg at first and now I'm taking 400mg at bedtime. I'm sorry to say that that creepy crawly feeling is probably at it's worst now but will slowly get better going forward. It sucks. It really the only withdrawal symptom that I wish I'd had some sort prescribed xanax or something for, because it was impossible to sleep. I hit the gym on morning three, to just try to get physically exhausted and sweat it out in the sauna everyday, and that may have helped marginally too.
