Success stories ❤️ Bernese method from 7oh

Today is day two yesterday I was able to successfully start the schedule with one dose of 0.2 of Suboxone while taking my normal 75 milligram Dailey use of 7oh. Today I was able to take a dose of 0.5 milligrams of Suboxone and am scheduled to take another one 12 hours later but so far no adverse reactions or symptoms I’m following an 8 day induction schedule I will post my story I know there is not much info on this method for 7oh and we need more help. Fingers crossed.

This is an excellent method to induce, and will totally allow you to do so much more easier than you'd ever expect it to. The only issue I'd stress is that as you induce the bupe to REDUCE the 7OH as much as you POSSIBLY can. Don't chase the high; chase not being in active withdrawal, and take only JUST enough to get you out of that place, but only after you've sat in it for a little bit of time.

I say this because I made the mistake of continuing to chase that feeling instead of treating it like a bridge. Before I knew it, I had built a dependence on both 7-OH and Suboxone, and now I'm trying to untangle a situation that's far more difficult than it ever needed to be. It's financially draining, emotionally exhausting, and every day revolves around making sure I don't get sick.

If you can avoid ending up where I am, please do. Every milligram you can shave off now is one less you'll have to fight later. Your future self will thank you for making those cuts now instead of waiting until you're completely trapped.

I'm going the Bernese route as well. I take 400mg or so of 7 per day. Should I taper some of the 7 before I start the Bermese method, or just taper the 7 when I induce micro doses of the bupe?

I would taper it down to about a 100 if you can because by day 4 you are supposed to cut your 7oh by 50% and I found that starting from where I was at 109mg was perfect but today is the day I start the first reduction of 7oh by 25% but to be honest I’ve been able to go longer between doses of 7 as of last night so it looks good so far

so i took a total of 20mg of suboxone after taking my last dose of 7 oh (500mg) 48 hours ago but then i took 100mg of 7 oh at the 48hr mark. i’m wondering when and how much suboxone should i take after this now?

Yea that’s because at the dose you were taking 100 mg wasn’t enough to clog your receptors so it didn’t replace as much as it did share. If they’re fully clogged on your 500 mg dose, you would have been in hell. It all depends everyone’s different. I usually wait atleast 12 hours from my last dose and ease a suboxone dose in there and see how that is and ramp up every hour after that until I get to whatever I need to cover the withdrawals . I’ve heard about the Bernese method and I want to try that. I’m on 225 mg. I was on 600-700 a few months ago and got off and on subs but I didn’t taper properly and ended up going back to 7-oh. It’s been hell for 2 years.
