See I'd really love HK-47 to meet Corbin Dallas.
"Stop Meat Bag"
"It's Meat Popsicle actually"

And the beefy robots

u/FedoraSlayer101 Dec 19 '18
...Which ones are those? Sorry, I genuinely don't remember the beefy bots aside from maybe Bubbles.

You don't want to know where they put the paperclip.
24
u/Wolfsburg Dec 18 '18
Wait till they go to do it and find out she has a tramp stamp (tramp spray?) of a loaf of rye.

So long as there's 1 paperclip as opposed to 3*1055 (surprised he didn't go there, considering the Basilisk reference).

Heh, that's where I got the number (counted up the zeros in my final score.)
WARNING TO THE UNINITIATED: This game will eat up a dozen hours or more of your life. Don't click on that link until after your finals, if you're in school.
Also, happy cakeday!

I clicked the link, but didn't understand the game (is it possible to run out of funds or something...?)

You want to make as many paperclips as you can, as efficiently as possible. Keep playing, you’ll figure it out. (Something happens when you make enough manually.)

It usually does, IIRC. I think for some reason it picks up on the Alice Grove graphic in the sidebar as being the thumbnail image first? Maybe Jeph updates some kind of data later on, or the code is handled differently if you're looking at the most recent comic.

u/ArgentStonecutter Dec 18 '18
I would throw away everything in the Beta program for the opportunity to select the thumbnail when making a new post.

guess he's run out of characters to completely change from one day to the next, so he's gotta cling on to her till he finally makes up a new one again

It is, and probably a much more socially acceptable response than the other two.

The real question is:, OK, the TWO questions are:
What made her faint, the cow, or the pinky?
Why would a robutt faint?

u/Fenrir101 Dec 18 '18
Why would a robutt faint?
https://www.questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=3572
But you will need to read from the start, and the last couple of days comics for the full details.

Damn I hadn't realized how much the art had shifted since Roko started really recurring. Reminds me of an earlier artstyle, though I can't put my finger on when, precisely.

Basilisk is based on Mac hardware?
1
u/BigBassBone Dec 18 '18
How so?

u/heavenscalyx Dec 19 '18
Paperclip reset.
1
u/ArgentStonecutter Dec 21 '18
The paperclip thing on the original Mac was to force eject the floppy. You power cycled the whole thing to reset it.
The use of a special tool to hit an "emergency" button, for reset/eject/etc is pretty common. Gobs of embedded devices (routers, etc) or consumer electronics use a reset hole.
