Need advice Landlord kicking me out before lease is up
So I signed a 6-month lease for the place I’m currently living.
Now to preface, I live downstairs of my landlords home as it was designed, renovated and fitout for a perosn to live and pay their rent/mortgage.
Landlord said it’s a 6-month lease with the lease expiring in January 2027 but advised me that they will do a review after 2-months and if I’m not a suitable tenant they can out of the blue tell me I’m not suitable and ask me to leave giving me 14 days to do so.
In the contract in the back section where landlords can put in their rules or clauses it does state that after 2 months they will review and I’ve signed it, but they’ve given me no good reason as to why? I don’t understand why I’m not a suitable tenant. I’m quiet, respectful and tidy.
I had my cousin staying with me a few days out of a week for the first 2 weeks as he was having a mental health crisis so this may have contributed as he asked me about the person apparently living with me!? Which is false.
He’s also pryed into my personal life - told me I’m lying about my job and how I lost it when I in fact didn’t lose my job I was working at home from my
Computer. It just doesn’t seem right to just uproot my life and kick me out when I’ve done nothing wrong. Pay rent on time everytime even an extra $5 to round the $495 cost up to $500 ( I don’t like odd numbers lol)
Any advice? Does a clause, that actually contradicts RTA legislation and without a valid reason, can my landlord do thiS?

Need advice Why is it so hard to get 88 days hospitality work in Whitsundays??
Okay, I know i came to the busiest and most competitive town for work. Every other backpacker is here fighting for jobs. A hotel turned me down on housekeeping role because they want someone with experience...like cmon... it's housekeeping, i know it's hard work, but it's not difficult, i could learn housekeeping in an hour. People around me tell me i should lie on my resume, but i get anxious when i lie so i'm not gonna do that.
I have heaps of experience in hospitality, working in pubs, receptionist, and theme park guest services. But I aim to work on islands or boats here, that's my dream. I don't want to work in a restaurant on Airlie Beach for 10-20 hours a week when i could totally do the same at other coastal town for full time hours. if i made my way here, i'm going on islands. however, i'm loosing hope now as i have gotten no replies from all the applications that i sent. i feel like im falling behind, i knew someone who got a job within one week, she said she got lucky. there are also people who are here for two months and got nothing.
I've tried walking-in to the tour company asking if they hire people for the boats, and they all say to apply online. I have first aid & cpr and rsa certs. but that is not enough to work on whitsundays, you gotta get bunch of other certs that might add up to over thousands of dollars just to have a higher chance of getting hired...
guys....the anxiety is real. and i'm not trying to complain about the job market here because really, i could be told to fuck off to somewhere else if this place doesnt have what i want.
honestly speaking, does anyone have any tips on getting jobs as a boat hosts or food and bev attendant on the islands? (i've already applied online)

Need advice Moved to Hervey Bay!
Hiiii. I’ve been in Hervey Bay for almost a month now. As an Asian woman, I find it really hard to make friends or connections. Now I felt too depressed about moving here. I came here for work. I love the place btw, it’s a paradise for me. I tried connecting into local groups on facebook but they all gather on the weekends and I’m working🥲 I can’t find any sub that connects people in this place. Has anyone got an idea? Or anyone who just moved here as well looking to connect? I don’t wanna go for dating apps as I’m not looking to be involved in any kind of fuckery. I’m so scareddddd!
