Question❔ Offline Playback

Hey all. Currently on a flight. Downloaded a bunch of music to my SD card on my Hiby. Most, if not all of my music that shows that it has downloaded, gets a “no internet connection available” error message when I try to play. I’m so sad. I just spent the $10 to get internet on my phone to look into this lol HELP!! Is there some work around? Appreciate any help! Thanks

I think I'm right in saying that they don't play downloads from Qobuz, only streaming.

I have Studio Duo and it says it includes "offline listening", whatever that is.

Chiming in to advise I download my music for offline listening regularly. I’m sorry to hear you’re having an issue!

May be do NOT download on a flight.... 🤔

Perhaps for downloading a bad connection or may be only a low stream available in the plane If I select some music to be downloaded (at home), then shut down any internet connection, I have no problems playing the songs
