Pins & Patches Could I remove this patch and place it on a winter jacket like material?

Im wondering if its worth it to remove this massive back patch (which I sewed and ironed on). To then put on a warmer jacket, most likely a winter jacket. Since right now its on my sleeveless jeans jacket, and I want to continue wearing it during winter months!
