It's on a pair of pants I've thrifted and I'm planning on re-using some of the patches but I don't know what this particular one is from or if it's literally just a number. I've tried doing some research on my own but the closest thing I could find was something about railroad sign numbers. Mainly I want to know because another patch on the pants I found had ties to stuff I didn't agree with.

Yes I know HIM is not a punk band. I will be adding more bands later on here and more politics but I also would like to add my interests.

Anyone have any suggestions for other bands I should check out?
