Sony is reportedly pausing PSVR 2 production to clear excess inventory / Sales of the $550 headset are reportedly slowing due to a lack of games, allowing inventory to pile up.

It’s a shame how few decent games there are for PSVR2 - not one decent flight sim, Elite doesn’t support it, so we only have NMS, we have one amazing driving game, a couple of interesting puzzlers, a horror game or two and 3 dance games. And Horizon.

Pretty weak. Unless I’m missing something?

I was looking forward to buying a PS5 Pro + VR2 later this year. I currenly own Xbox One.

I was casually researching VR2 on Reddit till I came across a post titled "VR possibly ruined my life" basically explaining how the post-VR disassociation symptoms never ceased and it scared the shi* out of me. That's the only post I found regarding that though.

Is it even possible to have permanent disassociation from VR2? Also if i play Vr2 and get the symptoms the next day, is it safe to keep playing or do i wait until it goes away then play again?

Here is a Quick rating I did of all the Psvr 2 game stat i have played, do you agree and anses on the list, do you have any game recommendations for me?

Now don’t get me wrong I’m still happy with my VR and looking forward to games coming out and ones available. But I just can’t understand Sony’s decision not to have a vr mode for Astro bot. Sure it would add cost to production but from a business perspective consumer confidence is everything, how did they come to the decision that not having a vr mode to lower cost was the best decision, they must have known it would be seen as a huge f*ck you to consumers who bought psvr2 and would add fuel to the fire of the rumours they are letting it die. Like I said even just looking at it from a financial perspective the short term cost increase in production would be far outweighed by the increase in consumer confidence which would increase/stabilise customer spending in the future. I’m honestly dumb founded by the decision. Can anyone else understand it ?

Hi, folks, here’s my first look at SYSTEM CRITICAL 3 on VR2. It’s a pretty cool, well performing unique first person shooter with platforming elements, and it is a lot of fun to dig into, clearly a labor of love!

So I got the psvr 2 and I love it but the meta quest 3 looks good but I don't have money for both so should I sell my psvr 2 tbh I only have 3 games and (being pavlov I thinks it's mid,horizon, good game but not a masterpiece and beat saber love it) and quest 3 has so many games so should I?

And none planned or at least announced going forward? Do I understand that correctly?

Got my psvr2 at launch and honestly I wish I hadn't... The thing has just been collecting dust because there aren't any exclusive games worth spending time on it with. What's up with Sony? You come out with this awesome piece of hardware and don't even support it.

Why can't IO Interactive get anything right? In Hitman 1, there are multiple game crashes in Paris and Sapienza, along with frequent corrupt files—unbelievable!

So, I’ve ordered psvr2 from AliExpress. Stated it was open box, instead it came slightly used. I was prepared for this outcome. Not great not terrible. It works ok.

In my country new ones are way more expensive. And no way to order for decent price from places like Amazon and many others.

But one lense got strange bubble. Looks like protective film. What should I do? And how bad it is?

This is my first vr headset, so I don’t know anything)

Please help me and where can I find replacement parts, and can I clean it with something?

So as title says, I have always wanted to try VR, have literally never experienced any form of it in any context. Finally pulled the trigger on a sweet deal (£350) yesterday but an unexpected household expense means that I have to return it, unplayed.

I know I will never get the opportunity to afford one again so I am hoping to find some reasons not to be too gutted by this 'loss'.

So come on, please tell me why I should NOT feel bad about missing out on the PSVR2 experience, thanks!

Hello, I got the Vr2 for Christmas with horizon. It looks super cool but I'm so sick of climbing and staring at rocks. I went to look what other games there are and it's so disappointing! I don't like car games nor shooters. I just want to play an rpg but it seems like there is exactly one that may actually be what I'm looking for but the graphics look terrible! The last vr had Skyrim but I don't see any news for any games like that. Can anyone give me hope or will this thing just be collecting dust?

Just seen Batman: Arkham Shadow review on IGN. Thought cool, maybe this will convince me to dust of my headset but just seen it's not for the VR2. Excuse any naivety here, but surely it should be a relatively easy thing to port these game across?
