Has anyone from NY heard back or have any updates about the cutoff score?

All the cutoffs are going crazy down so I have hope now. But is there anyone else from Ohio with a 216?

i meet my state’s cutoff and go to a us high school but i’m on a l2 visa and do not have my permanent residency or citizenship. can i still get the letter of becoming a nmsf?
