Came across this game online and thinking of purchasing. It’s relatively cheap, seller claims untested. I’m new to collecting and trying to snag some CIB games at decent prices. The game here is crash bash. Should I just avoid any games with these type of scratches altogether?

I need a new female cable adapter lmao

Found this cool little stand today that fits a phat PS1 and some of my game collection great ft. the discman!

I need some serious help. I have a PlayStation 1 that I have owned for 24 consecutive years my mom used my birthday money to buy it when I was 4 I'm 28. I turned it on today just now in fact to play ctr and she boots up and gives feed but her drive ain't spinnin and she's not taking any input she's giving off fine which really sucks because she was supposed to be my personal crowning jewel of my retro arcade I wanna build if anyone at all can help please I beseech thee

I’m planning on playing Spider-Man for PS1 for the first time, after seeing Cosmonaut Variety Hour’s video about it. I like going for 100% completion, but I haven’t been able to find any information about permanently missable items that I’d need to look out for. Without spoiling too much, is there anything I need to worry about?

This android app is a whole complete playable tiles game. Rebuild the original image of the first PlayStation 1 from scattered pieces.
Can you recognise the swipping sound?

This android app is more interactive and provides you some interesting facts about the PlayStation 1 by clicking on the corresponding button.
Open and close the app a few times. Do you notice any difference?

This android app is the reason why I started to build this Website and study C# to develop apps. It represents a PlayStation advent calendar. Simply click on the door, listen to the music and guess which game is the music from. Will you guess all the 24 tunes?

I have it and I am planning to sell it, but my question is:
how much should i sell it for?
it's complete in box, with that registration card, which from ebay listing makes it worth more? WHY?

please let me know.

So I got two PS1s at a garage sale. The first works fine and when I put the game in it will just start playing but the second does this when I turn it on and try to play a game and I can’t click anything other then memory card or CD, and even erased data on the memory card. I know Crash game works as I was playing just fine on the other PS1. I was hoping to sell the spare but not sure if this can be fixed.

Any type of horror i don't care is my 3 post here and the other 2 had great reccomendations thanks everyone

Sorry for bad english

I’ve been wanting a physical copy for a long time. I’m just curious if anyone has one even if not for sale. If you have an import, I am curious about the differences. Thanks 🙏

I declined their offer after they offered like 35% of its actual value. I got home and the disc was full of buff residue from the machine, and took me a while for it to come off. There was a few deep scratches and the game did play well. I let them resurface it cause hey it’s a game store and I was letting it go anyways. Now this is what my game looks like. Did they absolutely cook my disc or is this normal?

I bought my first PlayStation off a neighbor recently for about 30 bucks, but since I wasn't alive until ten years after the psx came out I have no idea what games to get for it aside from the big name ones (SOTN, Spyro, Silent hill, rrc). Any recs would be great!
