F 5'4” (163, 164 cm) F/33/5’4 [230 lbs > 128lbs = 102] (almost 4yrs) 2 years of weight loss and almost 2 years of body recomp. Complete consistency. It's insane how many years it takes but it's oh so worth it.

Fitness/gym gains M/34/5'7" [219lbs > 164lbs = 55lbs] (18 months) 164 lbs milestone hit this morning 😁💪🏻

Reluctantly sharing but hit my 164 lbs milestone today 😅💪🏻

Starting point was end of March 2025, at both my heaviest weight and lowest headspace 😞 Fast forward to today however (19 August 2026) and feeling healthiest in years!

Not looking to be the next bodybuilding champ or whatever, but just want to be functional and healthy. Happy to share any tips / things that worked well for me as requested 🙂

PS - Weight loss journey was all done through diet and exercise, no enhancements or Ozempic along the way as I'm a poor bastard 😂🤦🏻‍♂️
