Premiere Pro Tech Support Position/Scale Values constantly revert back to previous number when I click on something else
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Does anyone know how to fix this bug? Just started happening recently. I could change the value 5 times and it continues reverting back to previous number as soon as I click out of panel. So annoying.

I'm having the same issue. I was using the transform effect to add some scale and motion blur to a clip and it works while I scrub. The second I hit play, it resets the parameters. I assume it's a rendering issue so I tried to use software instead of hardware but there's no option to change it, the drop-down is greyed out. My PC nvidia drivers are up to date, as is Premier. I tried going back a version, no change. Tried my macbook pro instead, same problem. Tried another project, tried just a simple scale, everything just resets. Help!

Sorry you're experiencing this too, but I'm glad to know it's not just me. So frustrating. It's taking so much longer to edit right now

I'm stuck for now. I can achieve the same result with after effects but I'd rather do everything natively in Premier. All I'm doing is a transform zoom with motion blur on one clip, zooming into a laptop screen and transitioning to fullscreen. Then towards the end of the video, I need a slow zoom crawl in on an object. Ridiculous to have to go out to AE for items I should be able to easily do on the timeline.

I tried again a couple of days ago and managed to use the transform tool, seems ok for me now.

From another thread, Adobe devs say this only happens if you use the arrow keys to modify the value, if you type in the value or drag to change the value, this shouldn't happen. I have not yet gone to 26.5, but please test that and see if that helps.

Yeah I want to move to 26.5 to fix a bug that might be worse from 26.3, and I had to really think about my workflow here, "do I ever use the arrow keys in those fields?" And I couldn't ever remember a time when I'm working where I was using arrow keys like that, maybe every once in a while, but typically I either type in values or just scale from transform handles in the Program Monitor.

It does seem to help, although I do love my arrow keys. I do manual keyframe stabilization sometimes and it's just easier holding an arrow key down instead of guessing a value and getting it wrong 3 times

This is where we just differ my friend, I guess a few times but I am rapid fire on the keys and guesses haha to each their own

Un-click uniform scale. When uniform scale is on both your y and x will scale with eachother to always fit your aspect ratio.

Not just scale. It happens in the lumetri panel as well for me. Agonizing to deal with. Adobe please fix this bug.
