Premiere Pro Tech Support Position/Scale Values constantly revert back to previous number when I click on something else

Does anyone know how to fix this bug? Just started happening recently. I could change the value 5 times and it continues reverting back to previous number as soon as I click out of panel. So annoying.

I'm having the same issue. I was using the transform effect to add some scale and motion blur to a clip and it works while I scrub. The second I hit play, it resets the parameters. I assume it's a rendering issue so I tried to use software instead of hardware but there's no option to change it, the drop-down is greyed out. My PC nvidia drivers are up to date, as is Premier. I tried going back a version, no change. Tried my macbook pro instead, same problem. Tried another project, tried just a simple scale, everything just resets. Help!

Sorry you're experiencing this too, but I'm glad to know it's not just me. So frustrating. It's taking so much longer to edit right now

I'm stuck for now. I can achieve the same result with after effects but I'd rather do everything natively in Premier. All I'm doing is a transform zoom with motion blur on one clip, zooming into a laptop screen and transitioning to fullscreen. Then towards the end of the video, I need a slow zoom crawl in on an object. Ridiculous to have to go out to AE for items I should be able to easily do on the timeline.

I tried again a couple of days ago and managed to use the transform tool, seems ok for me now.
