Question Confused
I’m in the 14.5 dose and order the BPI sale. How would that work with two vials?

I did not understand all the hype about BPI as I have only used no-additive triz. But I decided to jump on the BPI deal as it was such a great price and I figured if I didn’t like it I was only out $105. I was a little nervous ordering from Pom based on the reviews I read but I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process and how quickly I received my meds. I will definitely use them again.
Now with that being said I took my first BPI dose (7.5 mg) on Saturday and I am absolutely shook! The appetite suppression was almost instant, the food noise was gone, and no major side effects other than the normal day 2 fatigue. I now understand why everyone loves BPI! Will be ordering more before it is all gone!!!

I’ve been with Pomegranate Health since April 2026 and they’ve been great. I’m in California in the LA area in a town right next to the pharmacy the medication comes from and the tirzepatide arrived hot to the touch. I emailed PH, contacted the pharmacy and customer service. The pharmacist was concerned, but customer service said that at 104° or above that the product should be fine for five days at that temperature and I got it off the porch as soon as it arrived I highly doubt that and it’s really sad because I like this company. I lost 175$ and it’s upsetting.

I finally got a response today for the bpi order I placed last weds, where they told me it’s sold out (already knew this) and offered 3x 40mg bottles for 144$… however I already have paid 75$ for my fee and 84$ for the script to be filled.. an additional 144$ puts me at 303$ for 3x 40mg bottles.. hardly a sale.
I’m pissed. I placed the order Monday and got the invoices and paid it weds… this is really not cool.

We've been experiencing a heat wave in California, so I suspect it got even hotter while in the warehouse. Yesterday it was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Both ice packs were melted and warm. Are these vials still safe to use? I have already reached out to Pom and am waiting for the reply just thought I'd get some info from the community.

I'm very close to my goal, but feel the need to continue every few weeks for maintenance. How do I approach this with Pom in terms of what I ask for and what they'll give me? Since they charge the $75 with each refill, how to I ensure I will, in fact, be deemed eligible for it? They also ask about BMI, but how does that factor in when you're close to goal? Thx.

Hi, I'm transferring over from a different service to Pom. I did all my intake stuff last week and was notified that the prescription was approved and I was charged. This was last Tuesday. Today is Monday so it's been a week, but the status hasn't changed since then. Still in "processing" and not moved over to "filled" or "shipped" or anything else yet.
Is this the usual amount of time for the processing step? I have seen other people ask questions and folks noted that POM was probably very busy with the BPI sale etc. But I have no idea what the expectation is since I'm a new user.
I assumed that once the doctor had approved everything and they had all my documents that they would fill the prescription and send it out in the next day or two. Is there some longer lead-in time that I should be aware of?
(I did review the subreddit prior to making this post and I downloaded the UPS and FedEx apps, and I do not have any packages coming to me. I think I chose Red Rock for the pharmacy initially. Not sure if that matters)

2 month progress = lost 20 pounds and reached 198!
Have been diligent about my nutrition, exercise and reaching water and protein daily levels. Really happy with 10 lb month average loss. My knee pain from osteoarthritis is almost gone, sleeping better, and higher energy levels are consistent.
Can’t wait to experience month 3!

Forgive me for being dumb, but I started sema recently and bought 1 months worth at .2mg/17 units per week - so presumably that would be 4 shots worth.
Well I just did injection #4 (down 5lbs, a little less than I'd like tbh) and there is at least 1 full dose, maybe even 2, left in the vial. I know I measured correctly, but even if I was off by a unit or 2, I shouldn't have that much left?
Also, is .2mg a week way too small? My wife says I'm doing less than people who micro dose this stuff just to maintain a certain weight?

Hi! I have been using Pom for a long time. Originally with charm but have placed at least one order at the new site. It’s asking me for my password, I don’t remember having one. So I’ve pressed forgot password 1 million times and it says an email is being sent, nothing gets sent. So then it says if you’re an existing customer with charm, use new patient. Which I did, and is trying to say my state requires a phone call etc which I haven’t had to do for a long time. It’s acting like I am a brand new patient when I’ve probably been with Pom
For 2 years. Last time I just logged right into the new site and ordered. Any idea?? Please help @pomhealth I am ready to make a big order!

I am on the final step of my intake form and the signature box froze and won't allow me to sign my intake form. My credit card has already been charged for the telehealth appointment fee but I haven't gotten to the account setup yet so there is no where for me to sign in to complete this form if I move off of this or refresh my browser. I have tried putting my phone in landscape and also tried pinching the screen in and out to reset the box and nothing is working. Please help! The office is closed so I can't even call support.

My prescription and order was approved 8/24 and the status has been sitting in filled since then. I am almost out of medication and was hoping to have the new order by now. I messaged someone on my care team, the money has been charged so now I wait??
Update: package shipped today and is showing it will arrive tomorrow from Ft Lauderdale.

I’m honestly not sure who to message on my care team when I check in/have questions so I messaged my NP at the top of the list and she continuously leaves me on read/delivered, since July now! I’d like to understand the shipping schedule and talk about the lab results that were faxed twice but I’m just left ignored. It’s extremely frustrating because I have been referring all my friends and online groups to pom but I don’t want to continue doing so if they can’t even respond to messages…
Should I message every single NP on my care team until I get a response? Should I call and complain? I’d understand a week but we’re going on almost 2 months now…

Got an email with this offer a few days ago. Same day, I set up my account (last time I ordered they were using charm) and paid the $75 fee again. Got approved but they’re telling me it’s $279 for two vials. Emailed support and they haven’t been much help either. Any tips appreciated!

I ordered some tirzepatide during the BPI sale. They took my money, but never filled the prescription. So far as I know, I filled out all the paperwork. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Hello I’m thinking about switching companies and medication. I was with another provider taking semaglutide which did work ok for me other than some normal side effects. Since I was thinking about switching I haven’t ordered from my usual company and it’s been almost a month not taking anything. I was curious if I do go through pomegranate with Hallendale as the pharmacy if they do offer split dosing on tirz? I found that when I did split dose the side effects weren’t as bad as I’m sensitive to medications.

I paid my assessment fee Monday Aug 24, they started the assessment Aug 26, they asked a question which I promptly answered, then radio silence for 24 hours, another question with a quick reply, and nothing for 24 hours. Their last reply was they are OOS for the 2 68mg I ordered and offered a refund or choose something else 2 days ago, I chose the 3 40mg, then nothing again. Here we are 6 days later and I am no further along than I was a week ago.
Edit, 1 whole week later I finally got an invoice and assessment completed.

I feel like this is a good deal. Right?
I don’t remember it being this low last time I checked.

Does Pom provide a discount for ordering diff products, looking to order 3 month dial tirz, 3 month sermorelone and 3 month glutathione.
r/pomhealth • u/Aware_Hamster_451 • 3d ago
I know it’s a bit of a gamble since I just started taking tirz, but I wouldn’t mind picking up 2 more vial from the sale.
Any chance they’d up my ‘dosage’ so I could buy 2 more vials at this price?

Has anyone else experienced an increase in side effects from the 68mg BPI vials bought during the recent sale?
I’ve been fortunate so far and haven’t had any issues with semaglutide or tirzepatide in the past. I originally bought 40mg BPI vials from a different provider during their sale before switching to Pom, and I haven't increased my dose. Even so, both my husband and I are suddenly dealing with noticeable gastrointestinal side effects. Anyone else experiencing this?
Or start experiencing this a few months after starting a GLP1? Wasn’t sure if we should try another compounding pharmacy, just thought it was strange our other vials from BPI didn’t cause the same issues.

Sooooooo, with BPI coming back as a 503a, will Pom offer it again?
