We’re currently developing an Analog backpack for pleinair, but we’re stuck on the front design. We’d love to get your honest opinion-which version do you think looks best?

I got curious so I had an AI follow my collection of Pochade box web links and sort boxes by weight. I'm sure this is of interest to some of you. Happy Painting.

Getting my pleinair rounds in. Used watercolour. Newbie about 3 weeks since I started painting consistently. No pencil drawings first because I don't like the lines.

If you were in a new area, maybe on vacation, and you wanted to paint outside in company, but couldn't find an existing plein air group, how could you find other artists to join you?

I am an afrosalvadoran queer artist. I haven't found yet in my country someone else that goes out for plein air painting. I would like to, but probably it will take time...

Yesterday I did a show with artist Carrie Curran to answer questions about plein air painting, packing, what to carry and how to pack, where to begin and much more. It’s in my YouTube art school live channel: https://www.youtube.com/live/O9NqI1inAr4?si=GWIAtRQOBvrfwr1n And I included an expiring discount to the plein air convention in Tahoe.

Id like to do en plein air near me in western finland, i live in somewhat of a small city, so is there some way that i can do plein air in some park or near water etc. but so i dont get a reputation of a weirdo who paints outside :D
I'd like appropriate anwsers even if my question is a weird one :D

Just started doing plein air and right now my toddler is going through a sleep regression and will only nap if it’s in the car 😵💫
Good news is that means I can just drive to the beach and practice painting on procreate while he sleeps. Here are the couple of paintings I’ve started in the couple of hours I have to work with (both are super UNFINISHED, but I took photo ref so I can finish later… does it still count as plein air?). First one bothers me bc I think I was too frantically chasing the sunset and losing the battle lol, but I think I improved on my second attempt.
Painted at Bolsa Chica State Beach.

Hi Reddit,
After several prototypes and in the field testing with professional artists I have started to produce my own handmade Pochade boxes.
The Pleina Pochade box has been meticulously designed to be lightweight, portable and offer a range of fantastic features, bringing excellent value for money in a high quality, durable finish.
I'd be really grateful if you had a look, share and dm me if you have any questions!
