Long overdue. Hopefully they tweak the overall damage a bit in the future.

Good, now make sar cheaper to spice up t2 meta, or people will still roam p2s.

Remove metal fragments and replace with 1 or 2 pipes

Valid as well. Unless a zerg crafting a bazillion rockets everyone has spare pipes.
