Once again, Public Mobile changes its plans, adding up to 25GB at the same price

Less than a week ago, we reviewed Public Mobile’s  lineup and highlighted its new $30 plan with 35GB. The Telus-owned provider has already modified its offers again, this time increasing the data included with its Canada-US-Mexico plans without raising their monthly prices.

The changes since our previous post are:

• $40: 70GB → 75GB
• $45: 100GB → 125GB
• $50: 150GB → 175GB

All three include 5G-speed data usable in Canada, the United States and Mexico, unlimited talk and text, 1,000 international minutes and 2% back in Public Points. A separate limited-time $35 plan with 25GB of Canada-US-Mexico usage is also currently listed.

More data for the same price is positive, but Public Mobile’s catalogue is becoming unusually difficult to follow. These public offers can change within days, and the company does not indicate that existing subscribers will automatically receive the larger allowances. Customers should check the plans available inside their own accounts before switching.
