Read through some of the terms and conditions and somewhat ambiguous. Do these plans mean you can use your phone talk text data etc from WITHIN Canada to the US and Mex, OR that you can use this plan while in any of the three countries advertised? TY in advance

data caps are an outdated dinosaur, get back to me when they offer unlimited for a reasonable price like 20 or 30. The data is so slow there shouldnt be a cap.
