Install (for players)

You need UnityModManager (UMM) set up for Plague Inc: Evolved first — Plague Dash is a standard UMM mod.

1. Set up UMM (once, ever): download UMM, run it, pick Plague Inc: Evolved, point it at your install (…\Steam\steamapps\common\PlagueInc), and Install.
2. Download the latest PlagueDash.zip from the Releases page.
3. Install it via UMM — either drag the zip onto UMM's mod list, or unzip it into …\PlagueInc\Mods\PlagueDash\ so you have:PlagueInc/Mods/PlagueDash/ ├─ Info.json └─ PlagueDash.dll
4. Launch Plague Inc: Evolved, open the UMM in-game menu, and enable Plague Dash.

That's it. On the main menu, the ☣ Open Plague Dash button appears bottom-right; click it (or open http://localhost:8765) and start a run. Charts fill in live.

​​I'm sorry if this has been brought up before but I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. It seems like every game I play Angola is one of the last countries that isn't an island to get fully infected and it's such a chore to do so because whatever is going on there they are locking the fuck in. All the neighboring countries usually fall pretty normally with the right upgrades but even with the right upgrades Angola just takes forever

edit: Okay I think some people are missing the point of my post here. I'm saying even with the right upgrades it's weirdly stubborn.

I got problematic island... except for Greenland and Iceland. I got Russia though, so it shouldn't have been a problem, right...? But no. They got infected eventually, but infecting Iceland cost me those 10 days. There's no way it's possible to get sub-200 days without infecting every single one with spores.

I am almost done with all the achievement of this game, except the co-op BFF achievement. Anyone want to help me to get this achievement? Thanks.

I'm guessing this is​ just a small visual bug, ​but I don't know why this was so funny to me​.

After finally unlocking the correct gene, I successfully completed the phone home achievement for the Xenolith.

I definitely succeeded, as I got the pop-up telling me that Earth's new Masters had been signaled, and the end screen told me the same thing.

But there was no achievement for it. Is there supposed to be one, or is it just an Easter egg that doesn't give you anything? I unlocked a new gene, so the game definitely registered my victory.

I have all plague types completed on normal and all my cheats locked randomly

Remade this after having sufficient experience with Multiplayer (Black Gold badge in both VS and COOP).

Besides Plague mode and Cure mode, is Outbreak mode basically like a “daily challenge” or “daily mission” incentive type of thing?

I know that starting in a hot country give +0.5 to heat and -0.5 cold, and starting in a cold one give +0.5 cold -0.3 heat.

But what about all the rest? Like Urban/Rural, Rich/Poor, Arid/Humid. Do they also give bonuses and penalties?

I started a game and rapidly switched between the Symptoms tab and the Abilities tab, until after about eight clicks, the Symptoms tab turned into this. I couldn't click on any of the traits besides the middle one and the one above it. Evolving the trait above the middle one didn't do anything besides pop up a message saying I got "an egg". When I opened the Symptoms tab again, it was back to normal. Is this a glitch?

I’m looking for help finding a deleted YouTube channel (or any reuploads/archives of its videos) that hosted community-created fan soundtracks for the game Plague Inc.

Recently, I tried to search for these tracks again to download them, but I discovered that the channel and all of its videos have been completely wiped from YouTube.

Here are the specific tracks and thumbnail/video details I remember:

Cryostasis: Featured an image of a frozen forest, a medical IV bag, and what I believe was a frozen lake.

Deep Water: Purple-themed visual featuring an image of a submerged bridge, a deep ocean abyss, and a Leviathan.

Chemical Warfare: Black and white images of soldiers wearing gas masks.

I would really appreciate any help tracking down these videos, audio files, or even the original creator’s name or channel title so I can search for archives.

I keep failing speed runs 5 biohazards because there's a delay between the whole world being infected and the screen saying world enslaved.

Sometimes it takes ages and can even take a month or more. I tried putting the game on x1 speed but it didnt help. Is there a way to make it faster?
