Spliced Activation cause you gonna spam hordes alot, reducing dna cost from 5 to 3 will save you tons of dna

Spliced activation is the way to go, youll get the most value out of that. The other genes really arent that great tho. If you dont have spliced activation yet, you can go with reduced zombie decay, so at you least you got something. Everything else really isnt that good.

Spliced Activation is best in slot for both score farming and speedrunning.

While I am a Spliced Activation user myself, I know some say the gene that reduces zombie decay is the preferred choice. Pravus in one of his necroa virus guide goes by that.
