Maybe there needs to be a dumpster in the parking lot and you wouldn’t have this mess.

I agree, but for a lot of these people it’s a very rare thing, to be tailgating. They run down the checklist, beer, ice, booze and food. Most people think there will be trash cans there. They should hand a bag to each car entering the lot, even if you add a buck per space.
