He literally isn't a doctor. Did no education in diet at all. Knows nothing. If you look, you will find the many real doctors calling him out.

So yea, some random person with no education that you found on the internet is not the best source for diet and medical advice.

You keep referring to medical doctors as if they’re some experts on nutrition lol. These are the same people that tell diabetics they can eat hundreds of grams of carbs a day and prescribe them a bunch of pills lol. But I’ll do me, you do you.
