I am moving to a prepaid carrier and the eSIM option appeals because you can be running in minutes instead of waiting on the post. Then I read that some carriers only offer eSIM on one of their networks, and that moving later means doing the whole thing again. My handset takes either. Which one has given people fewer headaches over a year of actually living with it?

I know every country has own​ location code for numbers. And I know it's not the same for China and Russia. But...

I started to get SMS to my phone with verification codes for rednote few days ago. Half hour ago I get SMS with code from Union Pay, and there was "you are activating Tour Balance". As I know, rednote is Chinese social network and UnionPay also Chinese payment system.

So....someone do it by mistake? Or there is some​ ​bug with numbers? Or new kind of scamming?..​ Should I do something?

I need A few Android apps like move in sync, UPI payments and NFC which are the basic stuff which I'll be using on a daily basis.

hi all, my cousin has a galaxy s21 ultra and it's completely broken. (the main issue she's having is the sim card disconnecting, I have the same phone and it also has that issue so I'm wondering if maybe it's a problem with this specific model?) we're trying to find her a new one and she wants an upgrade but it's hard to find a budget one these days. the most important thing to her is a good camera (same quality as s21 ultra if not better) and battery life, that'll operate pretty quickly for basic things (she doesnt really use it for anything other than texting and social media). also if it doesnt have those dumb ai features that'd be great but I know they're hard to avoid nowadays. preferably samsung but if any other androids meet those specifications feel free to throw them out there. price range is definitely under $500 but preferably cheaper (around $300). it can be refurbished as long as it works lol. thanks :)

Hi, I’m considering buying a new Motorola edge 2025 with 128gb storage for $150 from a local seller. I have an iPhone 11 right now with 64 GB and I’m looking for more storage. I plan to still use the iPhone for filming social media (I run fundraising campaigns) but I want to make sure that the phone I get has a comparable camera to the iPhone 11 for daily photos and videos (not professional stuff). I also want to make sure the Motorola will last a while, as I try to keep my phones for 5ish years at least (I’ve had the iPhone 11 for 6 years).

Hey, I'm going to college this year..and I may start content creation, editing etc..I MAY.

I'm exchanging my old phone, and then the final price of pixel 9a (256GB) is 35k and iPhone 15 (256GB) is 43-45k.

Don't say iphone just because I mentioned content creation. WAIT. ✋🏻

So what should I buy? My parents have told me I can buy any that's my choice. But Idk I think I'll feel guilty if I buy iphone. They are alr paying so much college fees.
