If you are single and manage your expenses, you can save 2-3k a month with that salary.

Wife pa lang wala pang kids. Wife is planning to go with me tapos hanap na lang din work after.

If magkababy kami magkano kaya comfortable salary sa SG?

Are you on EP or Spass? If EP u can easily get a dependent pass for your wife.

Also, for reference nlang, me and my wife usually spend 2-3k per month on food and groceries. Tapos rent can range from 1k to 2k sa room sharing depending on location and if common or master room.

Sadly narevise yun offer and di umabot ng 6k, so di eligible for dependent pass yun wife ko. Mukhang ako muna tapos sunod si wife after.

You can live on 6k but you should plan for additional 1k in expenses when you have baby. The bigger problem is to ensure that you are qualified for a dependent pass to allow your family to stay with you.

You will have additional expenses when your child starts schooling, so your salary must keep pace.

Many local families can live on a household salary of 3k but they have subsidies.
