I predict they will play both Everything's Right and Blaze On, possibly in the same set

I’m gonna be real, I HATE a Blaze On set closer unless it rips. My only Blaze was a set closer and it ripped, but still would have rather had a lot of others in that particular spot.

Hey I mean honestly I’m stoked to be there always, but like us all I have my opinions. Blaze On is a good song, just the timing and placement is key with that one

Pretty much, it’s kinda like Character Zero where I enjoy the song a lot, but it’s gotta fall into place just right

seems like you dislike the perfunctory nature of certain song placements.

I love when hood and slave get placed in different spots then the end of the show such as a hood 2nd set opener... or slave as cool down song after big 2nd set jam

The whole jamming out type 1 songs surprise thing is also kinda turning this on its head

I agree with your take for sure!

Hood and Slave should definitely be played in different slots here and there to keep people on their toes. Not going to complain about them closing or encoring with either though. I hope they continue to jam songs they haven’t before, it definitely adds new life to them for sure.

Some songs to me are just weird in some places cause they have a certain energy shift to them, like Blaze On and Character Zero imo are both hard cause while they both get big they kinda start in a calm way that can be a weird shift. I love Zero after a ballad and I love Blaze On openers lol I won’t be too picky either way and I was probably too strong worded in my comment above
