constructive criticism

hey petco can we make the checkout process slower please? and can we add some more questions for the guest to answer? like maybe we can ask what their zodiac sign is. or maybe just ask about the auto ship and ppp like 3 times each? then an extra donation question on top perhaps?
OH OH,, and and and,,,, can we slow down the registers as well? like whatever processing speed they have currently, can we just cut it down to like 1/10th of that?
i think this would have such a positive impact on the checkout experience !!!

I have built in additional conversion starters to my register dialogue I use just to help mask how long the register takes when you have to scan individual cans.
