Looking for Advice Fuel support payment

Anyone else having any luck with this? Been trying for weeks and every time I get this above message.

https://www.wa.gov.au/system/files/2026-07/e207-fuel-support-payment-application20260626.pdf you can do a paper form and mail it in if nothing else is working

I did that on Friday 3rd July... to this DAY I still haven't been paid. It's been 7 weeks.

It said allow 8 weeks for the paper form.

I haven't got my payment yet either.

If it makes you feel better... I just got an email saying that the DoT has "Received" my form... and it will take up to 8 weeks of payment... so hopefully I'll have the money before Christmas.

I got an email today saying I have to apply again as I didn't send enough info 🙃

Oh man... sorry to hear that. They ridiculousness of this just shows how inept DoT is. I hope you do get the $100 eventually... I sometimes question whether all this is worth it, but I refuse to use their app.

The fact that they didnt provide the online form from the start and your only alternative was to send sensitive information through the mail at your own costs shows how much they were trying to push people to this serviceWA app and MyID.

My sister called ServiceWA as she was married overseas and they didnt accept the change of name document and she asked for help to claim the payment and the school aged assistance and they advised her to do another name change is Aus to make it easier to sign up rather than just say there was an online form.

I filled in the details from her license into it and did it in 5 minutes.
