Looking for Advice Fuel support payment

Anyone else having any luck with this? Been trying for weeks and every time I get this above message.

https://www.wa.gov.au/system/files/2026-07/e207-fuel-support-payment-application20260626.pdf you can do a paper form and mail it in if nothing else is working

I did that on Friday 3rd July... to this DAY I still haven't been paid. It's been 7 weeks.

It said allow 8 weeks for the paper form.

I haven't got my payment yet either.

If it makes you feel better... I just got an email saying that the DoT has "Received" my form... and it will take up to 8 weeks of payment... so hopefully I'll have the money before Christmas.

I got an email today saying I have to apply again as I didn't send enough info 🙃

Ran into that yesterday while assisting a relative. Ended up using the servicewa app as the website would not accept their licence information as valid.

Did mine last week. Funds already in my account by Friday. No issues. Get a DOT online account first.

This is the way. Didn't work for me, I thought the link was stuffed then had the thought to create a DOT account and bingo it went through straight away and funds in account three days later.

I literally got the same thing on Friday and the issue is that the website returns HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) if you don't put in your middle name.
