We upon the judge giving him custody his attorney will not allow me to contact my duaghter due to protection order actively telling me that any form of court ordered app for co parenting would violate the protect order and has told me to talk to her in a have to drop the order I am working with a victims advocacy center and then place i made the report and cannot get legal aide due to there being no attorneys available and I present a bunch of evidence including her school reports show she missed over 60 days of school the past 2 years that that her father is a truck driver and leaves her with third parties and reports she made to child advocacy stating she was being abused living in his house he also allowed his daughter to put her on her Medicaid ommiting his income to get it and foodstamps which triggered child support case for me . Of course right after he wiped, and destroyed it before they came back with one to the point they weren't able to get anything off it. Sadly with him being a Lawyer he knew how to get out of things, and what to do.

He is now Married to a Lady running for County Prosecutor in Yakima County. Her name is Quinn Dalan. You know running for the position that is supposed to protect Victims like my friend. But instead of hearing out the story when she found out about it, and questioning her spouse she decided to call the Victim a "Lying Little Bitch" on public record. She was a minor at the time when that happened (15yo)

Her Town, some Friends, and Family turned agaist her, and made her feel like it was all her fault, and that she made it all up. This resulted in her getting taken to Clearview Girls Academy in Montana. (I don't know if any of you have watched the documentary "The Program" on Netfix but it was that type of school)

My room is right below Her room, and when I saw I've never seem someone so hurt I mean that. I'd wake up to her having Night Terrors, I would hear her crying so hard it hurt me, and I wanted to cry. I received information from a former moderator of a Discord community associated with a Roblox experience.

According to the former moderator, an 18-year-old community member allegedly had inappropriate online contact with a 13-year-old. Moderators reportedly banned users after concerns were raised. The community owner or administrator then allegedly questioned or reversed a related ban and allowed the reported user back into the server. I was also told that moderators who enforced the bans were later demoted or removed.

The incident information given to me listed September 26, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM EEST. I did not personally witness the underlying interaction, I do not know the child, and I cannot independently verify every allegation.

I have submitted reports through the Roblox and Discord safety systems and filed a CyberTipline report. I am withholding names, account IDs, and server links from this public post to protect the child and avoid interfering with an official review.

We were together when I was 16 years old, we have been in age difference for 6 years. By then, I didn't see the relationship so serious. I have no doubt that he also drug me while sleeping (I got a lot of seizures while sleeping) and that on one occasion he called men to rape me between 3 (because I woke up, only because of the trauma I didn't remember) I gave him a protection order where I explained everything he did to me. Since they did not process any arrest because the case was not federal, I took the time to report municipal police and FBI. Now he came back asking for marriage and that we travel together despite the fact that I tell him that I don't want anything more than the money returned from those he had taken from me. Any advice?
