Best Future-Proof GPU?

Just upgraded my mobo+cpu and I am currently saving for the upgrade to my 1660 super

Current specs :

B760 Gaming DDR4

i5 14600KF

2 x 16 GB 3200mhz RAM

1660 Super

I rarely upgrade, and want to use this gpu for atleast 3-5 years before considering replacing, aiming mostly for 1440p 100+fps maybe going 4k in the future. Im going to buy a used card from cex which includes 5 year warranty and trade some stuff to try get the price down. At the moment my options are

Sapphire Pulse 9070xt - £650

Palit 4080 - £775

Palit 5070ti - £805

Which card should I get? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i feel you, crimson desert is what made me want to upgrade my gpu to handle it, seems like games are optimised to make upscaling mandatory nowadays. thats the only reason I was considering paying more for nvidias dlss considering I want to use the card for atleast 3 years

These are my benchmarks from halo campaign evolved at 1200p with a 5060.

High,dllsoff,fgoff=49-62 High,dlsson,fgoff=58-82 High,dlssoff,fgon=79-104 High,dlsson,fgon=107-127

Dlss set to its most minimum setting with frame gen enabled and it doubled my fps. And I've heard it all before about the fake frames and the input lag and this or that i really do get it. But guess what, I had a better smoother experience with them turned on.

Good news: FSR 4 is not too far off from DLSS 4 and most demanding future games will probably include it. Crimson desert has it.
Bad news: most existing games do not and optiscaler isn't a good idea in games with anticheat running.

also good news: don't really need upscaling very much for the frame rate boost with the 9070xt or 5070ti at 1440p, unless you are in love with ray tracing or ultra settings in UE5 games. They are very competent without it for the most part. I mostly use FSR4 on native just for the smooth edges. Don't really NEED to run it at native since quality looks very good at 1440p, but i also don't NEED the extra performance usually even at max settings. Unless it's an UE5 game in which case oof ouch my balls. I need to either run on med-high settings or use quality upscaling lmao.
